League One round up: Leeds beaten

Leeds United suffered a rare defeat as the fell to a 1-0 defeat at local rivals Huddersfield Town. Both teams were reduced to ten-men in a fiery first-half at the Galpharm Stadium before Andy Holdsworth headed home the winner with just 14 minutes remaining.

Leeds, who remain in the play-off positions, had Jonathan Douglas sent-off for two bookable offences after 39 minutes, before Town's Jonathan Worthington was given his marching orders soon after.

But it was the home side that adjusted the better and Holdsworth headed home Joe Skarz's cross to give Huddersfield all three points.

Walsall's hopes of making the play-offs look dead and buried after they slumped to a 1-0 home defeat by Bristol Rovers.

Ricky Lambert's first-half strike, his third in his past three games, ended Walsall's nine-match unbeaten run.
