Harrison happy to be back on comeback path

Audley Harrison made hard work of his latest heavyweight comeback, eventually gaining an unconvincing fifth round win over US journeyman Jason Barnett in Las Vegas on Saturday.

It was Harrison's first fight since a knockout defeat to Michael Sprott last February, and he looked cautious but made a weight advantage of two stones count.

The bout was waved off after a minute and 48 seconds of the round when Barnett folded after a body blow.

"I felt a little rusty, but I'm happy with my jab," said Harrison.

"When my corner told me to start going downstairs that's when I broke him down. He was a live opponent and after 18 months I'm just happy to be back."

Well, at least Harrison was able to pull off a win! Once he gets used to it again, hopefully he can get used to dominating boxing again. There's no doubt the man has lot of skill, and a little rust here and there is pretty much an expected occurrence.
