Pakistan thrash Bangladesh in Twenty20

Pakistan thrashed Bangladesh in the Twenty20 match in Karachi. The home side reached 203-5 and then bowled the vistiors out for 101 after 16 overs, therefore winning by 102 runs. Misbah-ul Haq hit a sparkling 87 (including five sixes) in his 53-ball knock.

Misbah put on 78 for the third wicket with Younus Khan (47) and 63 for the fourth with captain Shoaib Malik (37) as Pakistan reached 203-5.

With Mohammad Nazimuddin hitting 42, Bangladesh were 85-2 in the 12th over but lost eight wickets for 16 runs.

Debutant Mansoor Amjad took three wickets in an over to finish the rout.

Pakistan had earlier blanked the visitors 5-0 in the preceding one-day series.
