Pizza the key as Penguins score late to down Red Wings

Petr Sykora of the Pitsburgh Penguins scored deep in overtime to hand his team a 4-3 victory over the Detroit Red Wings on Monday night, and keep alive their Stanley Cup Finals hopes. And the NHL star confessed that fast food was the key to his success, before they return home for game six.

He said: "We basically just had to keep the fluids going, get some food in you.

The Penguins' Maxime Talbot's goal with 34.3 seconds left in regulation that brought Pittsburgh into a 3-3 tie.

And with Sykora's strike the Penguins kept the trophy out of the hands of the Red Wings for at least a few days. The series resumes in Pittsburgh on Wednesday night.

"If we can come up with the win, it's going to be a lot of pressure on them," Sykora said. "But you just worry about the game on Wednesday, and hopefully we can get it."
