Premier League duo eye Riki
Everton and Bolton Wanderers are among a number of English clubs in the hunt for former Real Madrid striker Riki. The 27-year-old, whose full name is Iván Sánchez-Rico Soto, is currently on the books of Deportivo La Coruna and according to reports in Spain has instructed his agent to find him a club that will give him more first-team opportunities.
Deportivo chairman Augusto César Lendoiro had been due to meet Riki and his agent, Alexander Camaño, in Madrid to clarify the situation but the meeting had to be postponed.
Camaño, who would not confirm which clubs are interested in his client, said: "Scouts from England have watched Riki. They are impressed with his qualities, by his speed and his goals. They think he will be a player who can be very useful in England."
