Camoranesi: Italy fear Spain stars
Mauro Camoranesi admits Italy fear Spain's lethal strike force of David Villa and Fernando Torres ahead of their Euro 2008 quarter-final. Villa and Torres have scored five goals between them already in the tournament and Italy go into the game without suspended key players Gennaro Gattuso and Andrea Pirlo.
"We will really miss Pirlo and Gattuso, they're two amazing players," said Juventus midfielder Camoranesi. "We must now try and replace them and we'll give absolutely everything to reach the next round.
"This is a massive game for us.It's the knockout round and Spain has a strong team.We recently played against them so we know how strong they are so we must give everything to go further in the tournament.
"It won't be eay because Fernando Torres and David Villa are very strong. Also they play well as a team, the ball is always on the ground and they pass it quickly. That's their strength. We must try to concentrate on our midfield."
