Itandje set for Galatasaray
Galatasaray are set to land Liverpool goalkeeper Charles Itandje in a £2m deal. The former French Under-21 international, who joined the Reds from Lens last summer, has agreed a three-year contract with the Turkish champions.
Itandje, 25, made only seven appearances last season - and none in the Premier League - as cover for Pepe Reina.
With the future of England international Scott Carson, who spent last season on loan to Aston Villa, still uncertain, Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez is eyeing another Frenchman, veteran Bordeaux keeper Ulrich Rame, 35, as a possible replacement for Itandje.
