Stojkovic set for Everton trial
Sporting Lisbon keeper Vladimir Stojkovic is due to start training with Everton on Wednesday as he hopes to secure a permanent move to Goodison Park. Stojkovic was supposed to arrive on Monday, but had to wait in Belgrade as he awaits his visa to enter England.
Everton boss David Moyes is keen to bring in another keeper having released Steffan Wessels at the end of last season and needs back-up for first-choice Tim Howard.
Stojkovic is a Serbian international who is due to play for his country at the Olympics next month.
The talented keeper has fallen out of favour with Sporting Lisbon coach Paulo Bento, but is desperate get his career back on track with a move into the Premier League.
Reports in Portugal suggest Sporting Lisbon are prepared to let him spend the forthcoming season at Goodison Park with a view to a £2.4m permanent move.
Stojkovic's agent Zoran Stojadinovic said: "If the coach Moyes gives the OK, then all the details will be done."

You know if he is really dedicated to getting back on track he will do everything he can to get there. Lets hope he does or otherwise he might have a short careerer.

Welcome to the Olympics, Stojkovic!! Seems to me bringing home the gold will, hopefully, help you get back on track.
