Totesport Bingo Review - 8.7/10

The legendary and long established sports book, ToteSport, enriched its online offering with a Bingo room and did a good job at it. There are plenty of regular games going on and the promotions available are enough to keep up with the competition. Tote is, and will probably always be, primarily a sports book. This is not to detract from the Bingo site. If anything, ToteSport bingo is another welcome addition for its existing users and may just bring ToteSport into the minds of a fresh audience.

Totesport Bingo operates its bingo rooms on Virtue Fusion platform (Playtech).
The software is one of the most reliable and popular. Little extras, such as being able to personalize the dab stamp and color, make it a little more individual and user friendly.

User Experience

The website is a veritable explosion of pink and purple and it should go down well with the ladies. It picks up well from where other bingo sites have positioned themselves. Totesport has not been shy to move away from its “look” in order to satisfy potential customers. Per experince using ToteSport Bingo, the chatting going on the rooms is not always lively. The Chat moderator welcomed us and made a toast for all the winners, but apart from this there didn’t seem to be a great deal going on.

Support is offered via email and telephone, but unfortunately, they do not offer the popular ‘Live Chat’ facility. Support levels are advertised as 24/7, but often waiting times to their call centre can be on the lengthy side.

Payment

The variety of payment options that ToteSport offers is very limited. Unfortunately, only Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Moneybookers are advertised as permitted deposit options with no other e-wallet solutions made available to players. Currency options are also quite limited with only the UK pound and the Euro being accepted.
