Gambling.com Group is registered and headquartered in Malta and wholly owns KAX Media Limited in Dublin, Ireland and KAX Media America Inc in Charlotte, North Carolina and Tampa, Florida. The Group also wholly owns GDC Trading Limited, a Maltese company which is the Group's principal trading entity. The Group has an affiliated company office in Monaco.

Gambling.com Story

Charles Gillespie & Kevin McCrystle founded what would become Gambling.com Group in 2006. Their business ambitions took them to Shanghai where they ran an affiliate business for the Chinese market between 2007 and 2009. The founders narrowed their focus on European casino affiliate marketing in 2010 when they began building out their first series of online casino affiliate portals: CasinoSource. The company acquired the domain name Gambling.com and then established an office in Tampa, Florida to assist with the global development of a new Gambling.com.

From 2011 to 2012 the Group prepared a new UK-facing website for Gambling.com to bring the domain back to the prominent position it held before the closing of the US market in late 2006. The website was re-launched in 2012 and after massive growth, now stands as a 10,000-page colossus that covers every aspect of online gambling for users in 15 different markets. It is now the leading resource for online gamblers in these markets and one of the biggest individual gambling affiliate sites in the world.

In 2014 the Group expanded both the Gambling.com and CasinoSource websites beyond the original set of English-speaking markets. To facilitate international expansion, the Group set up an Irish operation in Dublin in 2015 which is now the Group's largest office.

In 2016 the Group launched Gambling.com and CasinoSource in Norway, Sweden & Finland and also launched casinos.mobi and casinos.co.nz. SlotSource, a slots dedicated casino portal was launched in the UK in 2017 while that same year, the Group acquired SvenskaCasino.se, Lyckospel.se and CasinoMobilt.se - three leading Swedish casino affiliate sites.

The Group also acquired a leading UK mobile casino portal and further asset acquisition included Bookies.com, Bookmakers.co.uk and FootballScores.com. Bookies.com was later re-launched for the key U.S. market. The Group launched in Germany and Denmark in 2018 and finished the year by winning the coveted Affiliate of the Year at the annual eGR awards in London.

2019 has been proven to be a key year in the Group’s development as it turns its focus to the U.S. market which has massive potential. The Group received licenses for New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia and launched new U.S. sites: TopPASportsBooks.com, TopUSBets.com and TopUSCasinos.com. The Group is now a member of the Associated Press Sports Editors (“APSE”) in the U.S. and launched the American Gambling Awards in March 2019 which was the first awards program to recognise excellence among a number of different contributors to the online gambling market in the U.S. The Group also opened a new office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
