Job Description Group Plc is a multi-award-winning provider of digital marketing services for the global online gambling industry. The Group publishes informational portals that offer comparisons and reviews of regulated online gambling websites around the world. Group is a media company and does not offer actual gambling services but helps iGaming operators acquire players.

The Group has nearly 50 different web portals which all publish independent reviews of the iGaming industry's best operators with each review written by the Group’s award-winning team of industry experts. In addition to the Group’s flagship website, it operates sites such as and the CasinoSource series of portals, among others. Group’s largest markets are the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States.

We are seeking an Email Marketing Associate who will take ownership of our SMS and email strategy for the US marketing team. You will be responsible for the creation, execution, and analysis of our SMS and email campaigns. Our goal of our digital strategy is to leverage audience segmentation, rich data analytics, and creative messaging to drive increase engagement and conversion across each of our brands. The ideal candidate will have SMS and email expertise, strong analytical skills, and be self-driven. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, product, and marketing.


  • Manage day to day SMS and email marketing campaign execution including (planning, testing/segmentation, in-platform management, reporting and performance optimization)
  • Collaboration across functions to create consistent brand experience and drive higher engagement / conversion metrics
  • Build dynamic email and SMS campaign flows in platform to improve efficiency
  • Build customer retention program and support for online product
  • Segment audiences based on onsite behaviour and find creative solutions to improve key KPIs
  • Build innovative campaigns around product releases, new feature developments or distribution of content
  • Analysis granular performance of email campaigns and customer segments to build testing roadmap to improve customer experience
  • Optimize SMS and email delivery based on data to improve quality
  • QA all creative assets within SMS and email campaigns before publish for brand consistency
  • Report on key insights, optimizations and performance to broader marketing team and share with other teams to improve company-wide digital strategy
  • Create documentation for campaign structure, testing roadmap, and test results


  • 2 – 4 years of email, SMS digital marketing experience; sports media or gambling experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital platforms like (Customer.IO, Twilio, etc)
  • Strong excel skills including data manipulation, pivot tables and KPI reporting
  • Critical analytical skills to understand data for decision making
  • Ability to work in autonomous and fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and analytical
