Recruitment Support

  • Own and manage job advertising for all Europe based roles
  • Responsible for the interview scheduling for candidates, recruiter and hiring managers
  • Support recruiter with initial screening of CVs
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly recruitment reporting

HR Support

  • Work closely with the People Team to provide support and assist on all day-to-day HR admin matters
  • Responsible for employee Benefits Administration
  • Supporting the HR Manager on various team projects

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent team work skills
  • Previous experience working across international offices/cities is beneficial
  • HR/ Recruitment administration experience is desired
