Job Description

The US Marketing & Event specialist will be responsible for planning and executing all US events. Gambling.com Group is looking for someone with experience in planning, coordinating and executing both internal and external events of all sizes. The Marketing and Event specialist will support the US Marketing and PR teams in conceptualizing and executing events that drive brand awareness, business goals and employee engagement. Marquee events we have hosted/participated in include the American Gambling Awards and the Nasdaq Closing Bell Ceremony.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with in-house and external agencies to create event creative assets
  • Manage vendors, SOWs and budgets
  • Create event participant communication
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR departments on event needs
  • Coordinate event timelines and work with multiple departments on facilitating needs
  • Support additional marketing and PR efforts where needed
  • Create post event analysis and growth plan

Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in events, marketing activation or corporate planning
    • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute events and branded experiences
    • Strong project management skills
    • Passion for sports betting and growth of gambling
    • Attention to detail and clear communication
    • Vendor negotiation skills
    • Creative copywriting experience

    Bonus: experience with a sports team or sports betting organization
