Since its formation, Dragonfish has used its status as an independent B2B axis of 888 Holdings, parent company of 888 and 777, to usher in a host of industry innovations. Benefiting from both financial and technical assistance from 888, Dragonfish has been responsible for a series of unique product releases in the casino, poker and bingo worlds, including CasinoFlex, a US poker platform, and most recently, BingoS.
As a result of this new release, Dragonfish-powered bingo sites, like 888 Ladies, will now have a slick new look, as well as integrated slots. The previous version of the bingo software features only a handful of products, and the idea is to create a more even balance between the company's casino gaming options and its bingo product.
The initial release has revealed a sleeker main interface, with games and options now separated into clearly marked boxouts. This new structure has also made it possible for players to access slot games from inside any bingo game. By scrolling through the right side menu inside a bingo room, players can now access slots such as Shaman's Dream and Fluffy Favourites.
And instead of appearing in a pop-up window that overshadows the bingo page, the slot is now neatly confined to the right of the screen, and easily accessible regardless of the bingo game being played.
Another innovation for punters to enjoy when they play via BingoS is improved access to bonuses. By clicking the present at the top of the screen, players will get instant access to their list of bonuses, which means they'll have more control over the way they earn and and manage them.
The customisable dauber, which can be adjusted by style and colour, is another finishing touch that helps to make the overall experience for Dragonfish players a bit more personal.
This latest update to Dragonfish's bingo offering reflects an ethos of prioritising increased player connection and personalisation. As the iGaming industry continues to evolve and connectivity across genres becomes more widespread, the decision to integrate slots and bingo is something that will not only benefit players but also Dragonfish as an influential software provider.
In fact, this upgrade has already started to pay dividends for Dragonfish, as two new sites have recently been added to its network. Welcome Bingo and Welcome Slots went live on the network in February and, in line with the latest software update, the operator will offer bingo and slots across its two sites as well as in single integrated units (i.e. bingo players can play slots while inside the bingo site).
Dragonfish is planning to launch a series of updates to BingoS throughout 2016, which means players can expect more integration, more games, and more play features that will help to make online bingo sessions all the more enjoyable.
