NetEnt Launches Motörhead Slot as Last Installment of 'NetEnt Rocks' Series

NetEntertainment has launched its new Motörhead: Louder Than Anything Else slot game – the third and final title in its 'NetEnt Rocks!' series. The game is the latest big release from the Swedish software provider and has gone live across a range of top online casino sites.

Last But Not Least

Motörhead are one of the most popular and successful rock bands of all time, selling tens of millions of albums around the world across their 40-year career. They often covered the topic of gambling in their songs and now casino players can enjoy the band in the form of a slot.

The game combines innovative bonus features with rock 'n' roll imagery and music to make it a treat for both slot lovers and Motörhead fans alike. The ‘NetEnt Rocks!’ series honours some of the most legendary figures in rock music. The new Motörhead slot follows in the footsteps of the Guns N’ Roses and Jimi Hendrix titles, which were released earlier in the year.

It pays tribute to the band after the death of lead singer and founding member 'Lemmy' at the end of last year, after which the group disbanded. NetEntertainment partnered with Global Merchandising Services for the series and the three titles can be found on many of the biggest online casinos as part of NetEnt’s huge range of games.

What's the Gameplay Like?

So, what’s the game like? Fans of the band will love the intro, which shows Motörhead playing their hit song "Ace of Spaces" live – an appropriate theme for a casino game. Players are then given a quick tour of the game with explanations of all the bonus features.

Three more of Motörhead’s biggest hits feature on the soundtrack: "Overkill", "Killed by Death" and "Iron Fist", so fans can sing along to some of the band’s greatest songs while playing the game. You can even select ‘rock mode’, which increases the volume of the music when the reels are spinning.

The grid is set on a stage with black the predominant colour and symbols that have some relevance to the band. The layout of Motörhead: Louder Than Anything Else is rather unusual compared to other five-reel video slots, consisting of three symbols on the first two columns, four symbols on the next two columns and then five symbols in the final one. It also offers 76 paylines – more than most – giving players a high hit rate.

Packed Full with Bonus Features

In terms of features, regular NetEnt slot players will be familiar with Wild and Scatter symbols, which exist on most of the company’s games. They are present on Motörhead: Louder Than Anything Else too, with the Scatter symbols offering players the opportunity to activate ten free spins.

The game also has a couple of unique features. The Mystery Reel feature involves a stacked reel of mystery symbols that can transfer into one random symbol for big wins, while the Bomber feature, named after another of the band’s hits, sees a cluster of overlay mystery symbols being dropped.

All in all, the Motörhead slot includes plenty of bonus features to keep the game interesting and, more importantly, increase your chances of winning. You can find out more about the game and these features in this in-depth review.

Where Can You Play?

Since Net Entertainment is one of the biggest software providers in the industry and is used by many of the leading casino sites, it's not difficult to track down. All NetEnt Casinos including Betsafe, LeoVegas, NetBet and Mr Green are where you can try out the new title along with plenty of NetEnt’s other high-quality games - here's a list of the Top 20 if you're not familiar with NetEnt's epic collection.

While you’re there, you can try out the other two titles in the ‘NetEnt Rocks!’ series as well. The game is now live so head over to Betsafe to check it out! You can get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, plus 60 free spins! As Lemmy says in Ace of Spades, "the pleasure is to play".
