Eight days after the World Cup Final, the Premier League will return and Betting sites have you covered for all the action on Boxing Day.
League leaders Arsenal have the chance to move eight points clear at the summit of the standings, with Manchester City not playing until Wednesday.
Newcastle United will go second with a win, while Tottenham Hotspur will also be looking to boost their top four chances by emerging victorious in their first competitive game for more than six weeks.

Brentford vs Tottenham, 12.30pm
Tottenham return to action knowing that they need to become more consistent from here on in.
Four defeats in their last eight Premier League games is not a record unbefitting of a club with Premier League top four aspirations, and Antonio Conte will want to see more from his side starting on Boxing Day.
Brentford away is a tricky assignment, though. No members of Thomas Frank’s squad played in the knockout stage of the World Cup, so the hosts will be fresh and ready to go here.
Ivan Toney may still be smarting from his exclusions from England’s travelling party; but (despite an FA charge looming over him) he's been on fire this year and is worth a bet to score his 11th goal of the season here.

Crystal Palace vs Fulham, 3pm
Crystal Palace and Fulham are level on points ahead of this London derby, although a marginally superior goal difference means the Cottagers will arrive at Selhurst Park in the top half of the table.
Fulham’s success up to now has been built on their attack, spearheaded by the excellent Aleksandar Mitrovic.
Just six sides have scored more goals than Marco Silva’s men, but only Southampton, Nottingham Forest and Bournemouth have had their backline breached more often. Expect another open game involving Fulham.

Everton vs Wolverhampton Wanderers, 3pm
Julen Lopetegui will take charge of his first Premier League game as Wolves boss at Goodison Park.
Having at one stage been involved in a La Liga title race with Sevilla last term, the Spaniard now finds himself in charge of the team propping up the top-flight table in England.
Everton are only just outside the Premier League relegation zone themselves, so this could be a cagey encounter.
These are two of the three lowest scorers in the league, and it might take a while for the match to get going.

Leicester City vs Newcastle United, 3pm
Newcastle have been the surprise package of the 2022/23 campaign so far.
Widely expected to challenge for a Europa League spot at best, Eddie Howe’s men will climb above Manchester City and into second if they triumph at the King Power Stadium.
Leicester returned to form before the World Cup break, winning four of their last five matches.
Both teams were victorious in the Carabao Cup during the midweek, so confidence should be high in each of the camps. This could be an entertaining match for the neutrals to punt on with new betting sites.

Southampton vs Brighton & Hove Albion, 3pm
Nathan Jones was appointed as Southampton’s new manager shortly before the action got under way in Qatar.
The Welshman has a big job on his hands: he inherits an inexperienced team that is second-bottom of the table after 15 rounds of fixtures.
Brighton are in a much healthier position, as Roberto De Zerbi attempts to lead the club into Europe.
With Southampton still getting used to life under Jones, we fancy the away team to come out on top at St Mary’s.

Aston Villa vs Liverpool, 5.30pm
A magnificent second half of the season saw Liverpool push Manchester City all the way in last year’s title race.
The Reds are unlikely to get close to the championship this time around, but they need a similar effort to overturn a seven-point deficit to the top four.
This will be a tough match for Jurgen Klopp’s men, even if the prices on football betting sites don’t reflect it.
But while we envisage Aston Villa causing Liverpool a few problems, the visitors to Villa Park have what it takes to eke out a victory.

Arsenal vs West Ham United, 8pm
Arsenal will open up an eight-point lead at the top of the table if they beat West Ham.
Even with so many games remaining, that would put the pressure on Manchester City ahead of their meeting with Leeds United two days later.
West Ham have found life difficult this season, and things might get worse before they get better for David Moyes’ men.
Arsenal will miss Gabriel Jesus, but there is enough firepower elsewhere in the team for them to get the job done on Boxing Day.
