Las Vegas-based AGS has found another outlet for its online gaming content.

AGS, a commercial gaming developer and supplier, has announced an agreement to provide its online real-money game content in the U.S. to BetMGM, first in New Jersey then expanding to other markets. The deal includes direct platform integration and distribution across BetMGM's casino gaming network, including BetMGM Casino, Borgata Online, and partypoker.

The agreement, announced Tuesday, will go live upon receiving proper and necessary regulatory approvals with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

“This is an exciting development in the growth of our interactive business, giving us access to BetMGM's broad player reach and distribution of our engaging game content through the BetMGM, Borgata Online, and partypoker robust online casinos, which are live in New Jersey and will soon expand to Michigan, Pennsylvania and other markets,” Matt Reback, AGS executive vice president, said in a news release.

Online Slots First, Then Table Games

AGS will provide BetMGM with slot game content (16 games). Table games will be added in 2021.

BetMGM is Roar Digital’s gaming and sports betting platform. Roar Digital is the joint venture between MGM Resorts and GVC Holdings that was established in July 2018 to create the online gaming and sports betting platform in the U.S.

“We are thrilled to add AGS games to our online casino offering and are confident that the AGS content, which has proven to perform well both online and in land-based casinos, will be a hit with our players with features like multi-level jackpots, free games, and exciting bonus events,” Matt Sunderland, BetMGM vice president of gaming, said in the news release.

Available on both iOS and Android, as well as accessible via desktop, BetMGM Casino, Borgata Online and partypoker, feature an extensive game lineup and offer players the flexibility to play online or from the convenience of their mobile phones.

Partypoker and the Borgata teamed up for the World Poker Tour Online Borgata for online poker players in New Jersey from Sept. 13-21. The event replaced the WPT Borgata Poker Open, which had been scheduled in September for the brick-and-mortar Atlantic City casino.
