Evolution is expanding its reach in the United States.

The live online casino gaming supplier on Friday announced an agreement to partner with Wynn Sports Interactive (WSI) and offer live casino content and services for the U.S. market, according to a news release. WSI’s partnership means it will offer Evolution’s live games initially in New Jersey with more states to follow.

“Wynn is a brand synonymous with casino,” Robert Amerine, VP of corporate development at Wynn Resorts, said in a news release. “Our clear goal is to ensure that our players have access to the world’s very best online live dealer and RNG table games. Working with Evolution we are confident we are delivering the best possible quality and choice to our players.”

Evolution’s selection of live games includes Roulette, Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, Baccarat, Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em and the Dream Catcher money wheel game show. The company also features other game show-style options such as Monopoly, Deal or No Deal and Crazy Time.

“We are honored to be working alongside WSI in a move that further extends our reach in the U.S.,” Johan Nordstrom, chief executive officer Malta and chief commercial officer at Evolution, said in the news release. “The power of the Wynn brand with exceptional content is a potent combination. At the same time, we are very excited by the strong two-way cross-sell opportunity that exists between the sportsbook and live casino worlds.”

Live online casino games are run by real dealers, similar to how land-based casinos operate. Players will be dealt a hand of blackjack as if they are sitting at a table, or handle the roulette wheel to determine the result of each spin.

The gaming action is live streamed from Evolution's Atlantic City, New Jersey, studio to the players’ mobile devices or computers. Given the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, live dealer games are a viable option for those looking for a similar experience to sitting in a casino, but in the safety and comfort of their home.

More on Evolution

The agreement was the second one reported by Evolution this week. Earlier, the live casino supplier announced a deal with William Hill to supply live casino content and services across the U.S., including Michigan.

Evolution also has deals in Michigan with PointsBet and MGM. The state is in the process of setting online casino and online sports betting regulations with the target of launching in late fall.

“We are very proud to have been selected by William Hill US,” Nordstrom said in a news release about the deal with William Hill. “Our live casino solutions have been instrumental in helping to make William Hill’s Live Casino a stand-out offering in regulated European markets. We very much look forward to achieving the same high levels of success for William Hill in the United States.”
