MaximBet Gets Access In Pennsylvania, Offers Super Bowl Trip
MaximBet Sportsbook is expanding to Pennsylvania and has access to Ohio when it gets sports betting, the sportsbook announced on Wednesday.
The news comes after MaximBet recently launched in Colorado just before the start of the NFL season.
MaximBet has online sports betting access in Ohio, while it will have sports betting in addition to iGaming in Pennsylvania through its partnership with Caesars Entertainment.
Maxim's Growth Plan
Pennsylvania and Ohio now give MaximBet six states it is either now live in or plans to launch. The sportsbook is currently available in Colorado and New Jersey and will also launch in Iowa and Indiana.
"For every new market we enter, our sole focus is on bringing the best experience to the customers by providing them not only with a world-class sportsbook and casino, but also with access to invaluable experiences that only a lifestyle brand can provide," said Daniel Graetzer, CEO of MaximBet. "We are excited about the efficiencies this scale brings to our business and we look forward to additional market access arrangements in the near future.”
The official launch dates for MaximBet in Pennsylvania and Ohio is still pending, but the sportsbook is giving people a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles in February for the Super Bowl. The prize package includes tickets to the exclusive Maxim Big Game Party, in addition to free flights, hotels and spending money valued at $50,000.
MaximBet is one of the newer sportsbooks attempting to generate revenue in the growing gaming industry. The sportsbook takes action on all the major sports leagues, including the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, PGA and UFC. MaximBet also offers prop bets on each of those sports.
MaximBet will also hold real-world experiences for its players to take part in. There will also be virtual experiences for players wherever they are located. One example MaximBet has planned for a giveaway is for players to win the opportunity to share a bet with their favorite influencer or celebrity and then watch a game together.
Customer service is also a priority for MaximBet. The sportsbook is staffed with customer agents who are on standby 24/7 to provide assistance to anyone who has a question or concern.
Pennsylvania Seeing Uptick
MaximBet grows the list of Pennsylvania sports betting operators in a state that saw an increase in sports betting handle last month.
The state reported a sports betting handle of $348.5 million in August. That number was 14.5% better than what it generated in July.
