DraftKings is Sole New Hampshire Sportsbook Operator
When the state drew up its sports betting rules, it gave DraftKings exclusive sportsbook rights. DraftKings agreed to pay the lottery 51% of gross gaming revenue from mobile and 50% from future retail in a six-year deal. If any other sportsbooks begin operating in New Hampshire, DraftKings reserves the right to decrease those percentages.
There are two retail DraftKings locations, both in the southern part of the state. One is at The Brook casino in Seabrook and the other is at the Filotimo Casino in Manchester. The latter facility is about a 20-mile drive from New Hampshire’s capital, Concord.
Both locations are within easy reach of bettors in northern Massachusetts, a state which does not yet have legal sports betting. New Hampshire is one of two New England states with legal sports betting, the other being Rhode Island.
