Christopher Nolan’s excellent Batman trilogy might be over, but you can still relive all the fun by playing Bet365's fantastic The Dark Knight slot game. One lucky gambler did just that and won an astonishing €2.56 million when he hit The Dark Knight's lucrative progressive jackpot at the end of last month, instantly becoming a millionaire.

The slot's progressive jackpot win is the biggest ever to be paid out by the Quickfire-designed game, which was released in June of last year and is based on the hit film of the same name. It provides loads of chances to win, offering random cash prizes, free spins and the potentially life-changing, four-tiered progressive jackpot.

The exact amount taken home by the lucky punter was €2,566,425. The mega win prompted Steve Ibberson, Managing Director of Bet365, to say that it’s “always exciting when the jackpot is hit”, before describing the mammoth pay-out as a “fantastic start to the year.”

Head of Quickfire Ashley Sandyford-Sykes was delighted to see another of the company's slot games produce such a big win. He said that they were “thrilled to create yet another jackpot winner” before going on to encourage more users to get involved with their popular games. He added that the team “look forward to creating another millionaire in the near future”.

In addition to The Dark Knight, Bet365 has a wide variety of other great slot games on its site, such as Star Trek Against All Odds, Million Pound Drop and Temple of Isis, offering lucky players the chance to bag themselves significant cash jackpots. A new The Dark Knight Rises game will also be arriving on the site soon. If you fancy becoming an overnight millionaire too, head over to Bet365 Casino now for your chance to win big.
