Competition Terms & Conditions

Prize Details

• The prize includes 3 nights in a Las Vegas Strip Hotel for 2 Persons Sharing - Hotel to be determined dependent on availability.
• Economy Standard Travel requirements are covered by promotor Gambling.com regardless of the winner’s location.
• Two tickets to a Las Vegas Entertainment Show - to be determined at the time of travel
• The winner will also receive $1,000 (USD) in spending money, sent via bank transfer. Bank charges may apply on receipt of payment that are not covered in the prize amount.
• Spending money will be sent 6 weeks before travel.

Entry Requirements

• To enter the draw, participants must provide their full name, mobile number, and e-mail address.
• Participants must confirm they are over legal age of majority ( UK 18+ US 21+ etc ) at the time of entry.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted. Each valid entry will constitute the number of draw entries advertised at the point of entry.

Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected at random within five working days of the competition closing date.
• The winner will be contacted via e-mail from competitions@gambling.com or by SMS at provided cell/mobile number.
• If the winner does not respond or fails to provide the required documentation within five (5) days of contact, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen.
• Each winner will be asked to provide proof of age and complete a form of acceptance of the competition’s Terms & Conditions.

Publicity & Marketing

• Each winner must agree to publicity as a winner with Gambling.com Group on our website and associated platforms.
• By entering, participants agree to be included in marketing communications via e-mail and SMS from Gambling.com Group.
• Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any e-mail. Please note that doing so will forfeit entry into the competition.

Travel & Prize Restrictions

• The winner’s contact details will be passed to an external travel agency responsible for arranging travel and both travelling members must adhere to age policy as advised.
• The winner is responsible for securing travel visas (if required) in time for the travel dates for both travelling members.
• Travel dates must be booked within 3 calendar months from notification.
• No prize alternative will be offered.

Eligibility

• This competition is open worldwide in locations where gambling is licensed and legal.
• Residents of New York and Florida are not eligible to enter.
