Diarmuid Nolan has an extensive background in the sports betting industry and worked with betting companies such as Sport Caller and BetBright prior to joining the Gambling.com team in 2019.

Diarmuid is also the founder of the popular horse racing podcast #Racehour and is a regular guest across several horse racing media outlets. You'll find Diarmuid's input across lots of our sports betting content, particularly when it comes to racing.

As our Commercial Lead at Gambling.com, Diarmuid vets betting companies to ensure we only feature safe, licensed bookmakers. He also collaborates with global betting brands to bring our readers the best exclusive offers and deals from reputable bookies.

Over the past five years, Diarmuid has brought his expertise to various roles, including EU Commissioning Editor, Commercial Campaign Manager and Commercial Account Manager, before stepping into his current position.

Beyond his commercial responsibilities, Diarmuid has been instrumental in spearheading Gambling.com's horse racing content, with a special focus on the Cheltenham Festival.

Away From The Desk...

When he’s not steering commercial operations at Gambling.com, Diarmuid is immersed in the world of horse racing.

The Racehour podcast is a big part of his life, with the jump racing season being the main focus and the Cheltenham Festival at the core of the Racehour output.

Diarmuid has collaborated on the podcast with major brands like The Tote and BetVictor to provide expert analysis and commentary that has reached hundreds of thousands of passionate racing fans across the UK and Ireland.

The Racehour has amassed 18.4k followers on X and the show's live Cheltenham preview nights are a mainstay of the circuit in the lead-up to the Festival each year. For instance, last year's preview night clocked up 39,000 views on YouTube.

When racing takes a back seat, Diarmuid is usually consuming other sports. As a passionate Leeds United supporter, he brings the same energy and enthusiasm to Elland Road as he does to the track.
