1. Introduction
1.1. By participating in this promotional campaign (the "Tournament"), users agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").
1.2. The Tournament is operated by GDC Media Limited (the “Promoter”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Gambling.com Group Limited (“GAMB”) ("we," "us," or "our"), and is sponsored by Pragmatic Play.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Tournament is open only to individuals who:
• are resident in the eligible jurisdiction;
• are 18 years of age or over at the time of entry (or meet the minimum legal online gambling age applicable in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). Anyone who does not meet the required legal age is not permitted to enter and any entries from such individuals will be void;
and
• have submitted a valid entry in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 All eligible participants may join at any time during the tournament window. When entering, each participant receives a fixed number of spins, which are used to collect points. Once all allocated spins have been used, no further spins are provided and the participant must wait for the final results. Rankings are determined solely by the points achieved from these spins. Spins have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be exchanged for real-money gameplay. Participation in the Tournament does not constitute gambling.
2.3 This Tournament is not open to employees of the Promoter, its parent or affiliated companies, agencies, or any person professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion, nor to the immediate family members or household members of any such individuals. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to request proof of age, identity, and jurisdiction of residence. Any failure to provide such proof on request may result in disqualification.
2.4 By entering the Tournament, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements and that their participation does not violate any applicable laws in their jurisdiction. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries made where participation would be unlawful.
3. Tournament Period
3.1 The Tournament opens at XX:XX GMT on DD/MM/YYYY and closes at XX:XX GMT on DD/MM/YYYY (the “Tournament Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Tournament Period where necessary for reasons outside its reasonable control, provided that any such changes do not disadvantage participants, and will provide reasonable notice of any amendments.
3.2 Entries received outside the Tournament Period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, participants must:
• be registered users of the website; and
• log in to their account and complete the official Tournament entry process.
4.2 One (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries, or attempts to create multiple accounts or identities, will result in disqualification.
4.3 This is a free-to-enter Tournament; no purchase is necessary to participate. There is no requirement to deposit or spend real money.
Participation does not involve gambling, and no element of the Tournament requires or encourages participants to engage in real-money wagering.
4.4 The use of automated systems, scripts, bots, macros, or any other mechanical or programmatic means to submit entries is strictly prohibited. Bulk entries, entries submitted on behalf of another person, entries made through third parties, or any entries deemed by the Promoter (in its sole discretion) to be manipulative, fraudulent, or in breach of the Tournament terms will be declared invalid and disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to audit entries, block suspicious activity, and disqualify any participant found to have attempted to interfere with the fair operation of the Tournament.
5. Prize
5.1 There are three (3) prizes available, consisting of gift vouchers for a prominent retailer website (the “Prize”).
5.2 The Prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative, credit, substitution, or upgrade will be provided under any circumstances. In the event that the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize, in whole or in part, with an item of equal or greater value. Any such substitution will be made without additional cost to the winner.
5.3 The retailer’s website and its affiliates are not sponsors of, do not endorse, and are not otherwise associated with this promotion. All trademarks, brand names, and related references are used solely for the purpose of accurately describing the Prize and remain the property of their respective owners.
5.4 For further information and applicable terms of use of the gift voucher (or any alternative prize as stated in clause 5.2 above), please refer to the retailer’s website. Winners are solely responsible for complying with the retailer’s voucher terms, including any validity periods or redemption restrictions.
5.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unusable vouchers once issued to the winner, nor for any failure by the retailer to honour or fulfil the voucher.
5.6 Any tax obligations arising from receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise required by local law.
6. Winner Selection and Verification
6.1 Once the Tournament concludes and the results are confirmed, winners will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry. Prize delivery will be arranged individually, with vouchers issued electronically unless otherwise specified.
Winners will be selected based on each participant’s final position in the Tournament league table at the conclusion of the Tournament Period, and will be contacted within three (3) working days.
6.2 The selected winners will be contacted using the email address provided on entry. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and remain active throughout the Tournament Period and the notification period.
6.3 The winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of first contact. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
6.4 The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of:
• age (18+ or higher minimum legal age in their jurisdiction), and
• residency in an eligible jurisdiction.
Additional identity verification may be requested where necessary to ensure compliance with these Terms.
6.5 If:
• the Promoter is unable to contact the winner,
• the winner does not respond within the required timeframe,
• the winner cannot provide required verification, or
• the winner is found to be ineligible (with the determination of such to be at the sole discretion of the Promoter),
the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The Promoter is under no obligation to award a Prize to any individual who does not comply fully with these Terms.
6.6 The Promoter’s decision regarding winner selection, eligibility, and verification is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except as required by law.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1 The Prize will be delivered digitally to the verified winner’s email address within forty-eight (48) hours of successful verification. Digital delivery times may vary in the event of technical issues or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, but the Promoter will take all reasonable steps to ensure timely fulfilment.
7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for mis-typed email addresses, inaccessible inboxes, or emails filtered to spam/junk folders. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided on entry is accurate, active, and capable of receiving communications. The Promoter will not reissue or replace a Prize that has been delivered to the email address supplied by the winner at the time of entry.
7.3 If delivery of the Prize is delayed or prevented due to technical failures, system outages, or issues with the winner’s email provider, the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to resend the Prize once the issue has been resolved. This shall not constitute grounds for compensation or an alternative reward.
7.4 Once the Prize has been issued to the winner’s email address, the Promoter accepts no liability for lost, deleted, inaccessible, or misdirected vouchers, nor for any failure by the retailer to honour or fulfil the voucher.
8. Publicity
8.1 Where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance in the jurisdiction in which the Tournament is operated, the Promoter may be obliged to publish or make available on request limited information relating to the verified winner (such as a surname, region of residence, or equivalent non-sensitive identifying details). Such disclosure will only occur to the extent necessary to demonstrate that the Prize has been awarded fairly and in accordance with the promotion rules.
8.2 The winner has the right to object to, or request restriction of, the publication of their identifying information, except where such disclosure is required by law or by a competent regulatory authority. Where a winner exercises this right, the Promoter will comply with the request to the fullest extent permitted by the laws applicable to that jurisdiction. However, the Promoter may still be required to provide the winner’s details to regulatory bodies upon request for the purpose of demonstrating compliance with promotional standards.
8.3 Where the winner provides explicit and informed consent, the Promoter may use the winner’s first name, initial, username, and/or non-sensitive testimonial information for reasonable and limited promotional purposes across the Promoter’s websites, email communications, and social media channels. The winner may withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal. No publicity or marketing use will occur without the winner’s consent unless required by applicable law.
8.4 Any processing of personal data under this section will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data collected in connection with the Tournament will be processed in accordance with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in the jurisdiction(s) in which the Tournament is operated. All processing will also be carried out in accordance with the Promoter’s Global Privacy Policy.
9.2 Personal data will be used solely for the following purposes:
• administering and operating the Tournament, including verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and arranging Prize delivery; and
• sending marketing communications where the participant has provided valid consent in accordance with applicable law.
9.3 Participants may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time using the opt-out mechanism provided in those communications or by contacting the Promoter directly.
10. General Conditions
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the Tournament where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, system outages, or events of force majeure, provided that doing so does not unfairly prejudice participants. Where practical, the Promoter will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or attempts to manipulate or interfere with the operation of the Tournament. This includes (but is not limited to) the use of multiple accounts, automated entry systems, fraudulent participation, abusive behaviour, or any action that undermines the fairness or integrity of the Tournament. The Promoter may remove participants who attempt to increase their chances by creating multiple accounts or otherwise circumventing entry limits.
10.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the Tournament is final and binding, except where prohibited by applicable law. Participants acknowledge that the Promoter must exercise its discretion fairly and reasonably and that its decisions may be reviewed by competent authorities where required.
10.4 The Tournament is void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that their entry and participation comply with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The Promoter accepts no liability for entries made unlawfully.
10.5 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury arising from participation in the Tournament or from acceptance or use of any Prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory legal duties.
