Originating in the United Kingdom, bet365 launched its first US online casino in New Jersey. Bet365 is partnered with Hard Rock Atlantic City in New Jersey and is licensed and regulated by the state’s Division of Gaming Enforcement.
Let’s take a look at what this British powerhouse brings to the American market.
|Expansive game library||No iOS|
|Low playthrough amount needed|
|Online sportsbook counterpart|
Players signing up with bet365 Casino will receive a 100% deposit match up to $100. A minimum deposit of $10 applies along with wagering requirements of 15x your bonus amount. This is quite low compared to competitors.
So, if you deposited $50, you’d get $50 extra. In order to have access to those funds, you must wager $750 on the site. While this may sound like a lot, it should be noted that 15x is on the lower-end as we’ve seen it be as high as 40x.
What's great as well is that your largest deposit amount prior to claiming the offer will be doubled. You have seven days to claim the offer.
As of right now, bet365 does not offer a VIP Program. This is still a relatively new online casino, so it’s no surprise a full-fledged VIP Program has not yet been enacted. This could come in the near future, however.
The registration for bet365 is fast and simple. It is not broken up into multiple steps, but rather is on one sheet that asks for some personal information in order to properly identify you. Releasing this information may seem daunting, but keep in mind that, without this information bet365, or any licensed/regulated entity in your state, is unable to properly identify you.
Here is the information, in order:
Currently, bet365’s online casino is offered on desktop and mobile devices. Both are quite similar to one another, making it easy to switch between the two.
For iOS devices, the app be downloaded directly from the Apple Store.
In order to download the Android application, you must visit the site from your device and download it directly. When the download is completed, click to open the file. A security message will pop up to allow installing unknown apps. Click 'Settings' and allow the app to be installed (don't worry, it is totally safe). Once allowed is turned on, you can now download the app and start enjoying bet365 on your Android device.
The bet365 casino has a relatively simplistic interface, with a gray background. At the top of the screen, players can shift between the sportsbook and casino, and to the right of this you can login or sign up for an account.
Just below this there is a button for the home menu and where to go to get the Android app. To the right of this, there is a “Services” button, with a drop-down that has information pertaining to banking, responsible gaming and their help, or FAQ section. To the left of the home menu button, there is a search bar to search for any specific titles you may enjoy playing.
Then we get into the game libraries and filters. Here, you can filter between the different available games and you will see all of the graphics associated with those respective titles.
Currently, bet365 does not offer any live dealer games, but these could come in the future. These types of games require things such as a physical space to host them as you need, well, live dealers to perform the game properly.
Unfortunately, the only way to know of exact minimum and maximum betting limits is to visit individual offerings. bet365 does not have any kind of comprehensive list for this. However, upon visiting a particular game or game type, you will get instant access to finding out the ranges for that particular game.
While bet365 does not explicitly state what their Return to Player Percentages are anywhere in their terms of service, this is important terminology to recognize and understand.
Essentially, Return to Player Percentages is defined as the percentage of total monies wagered on the casino that is eventually given back to the players.
This could be different for different types of games. For instance, say the slots had a 90 percent Return to Player Percentage. This means that, over time, 90 percent of all the money wagered on slots will be returned to the entire player base.
Near the top of the page, you will find a “Services” button that comes with a drop-down menu. In this drop-down menu there is a button for “Help.” Here, you will find a direct link to the contact information.
In addition to the FAQ section, bet365 offers four ways to contact them. These include a live chat, email, phone and even a mailing address. The live chat, email and phone are all accessible on a 24/7 basis.
Where the “Help” button was listed above, there is also a link to Responsible Gaming. There are also links to this via the “RG” logo at the top of the screen a clickable Responsible Gaming link at the bottom of the page.
Before we get into that, though, the 1-800-GAMBLER hotline is on the top of the home page as well. When you access the Responsible Gaming page, you will be greeted once again by the 1-800-GAMBLER hotline.
At the center of the page, bet365 has options for you to set deposit limits, spending limits, session limits, and set a time out, or a possible self-exclusion period for yourself.
Below this, there is a link to preventative measures that bet365 has taken to ensure that minors are protected, as well as other organizations you can reach out to if you are having gambling problems.
Keep in mind, payment options can vary by state, but bet365 offers plenty of options to deposit and withdraw. During our review process we came across many popular methods such as, credit and debit cards, Skrill, PayPal and PayNearMe. Limits and processing times will vary. However, e-wallets are generally the quickest.
bet365 has a lot of quality games to offer, coupled with numerous ways to deposit and withdraw money. This combination allows for a very enjoyable experience on the site. The overall interface aesthetic isn’t anything luxurious but it gets the job done. We highly recommend bet365 if you’re in the market for an online casino.
