NBA, NHL Boost Handle

September’s 161.8% increase in handle from August was attributed to the start of the NFL regular season and the continuation of college football. Both sports annually take in the most action across the country.

October’s boost can be credited to the start of the NBA and NHL regular seasons. Both leagues started their 2021-22 campaigns in October and provided more sports betting options for Delaware residents.

November could also see increased betting activity with the start of the college basketball season taking place.
