The American Gambling Awards celebrate the outstanding work of the companies, organizations, executives and influencers working to responsibly grow the regulated online American casino and sports betting markets.

Leading up to the awards ceremony in November, Gambling.com is profiling the finalists.

Here are the finalists for Payment Service Provider of the Year.

PayNearMe

PayNearMe’s Moneyline platform for iGaming operators has been recognized for increasing player satisfaction, reducing operating costs and making the payments process more seamless.

The Santa Clara, California-based company’s success in part is due to a positive, quick and easy deposit and withdrawal experience for customers. That experiences helps operators retain customers.

PayNearMe has a track record of processing deposits for nine of the 10 largest U.S. iGaming operators and 16 of the top 17 largest online casinos in the U.S.

Paysafe

From cards, cash, bank transfers, cryptocurrencies and desktop/mobile, Paysafe offers an extensive menu of iGaming payment methods through a single, streamlined API integration. There’s also Paysafe’s Skrill digital wallet for deposits and payouts.

The company has 25 years of online payment experience and more than 3,300 employees in over 12 countries. Playsafe’s offices are located around the globe, including in Jacksonville, Florida, London, Dublin, Montreal and Lima, Peru.

Currently, Paysafe supports 75% of operators in the U.S. with payments or marketing solutions across 27 jurisdictions.

Sightline Payments

Sightline Pay, the flagship product of Las Vegas-based Sightline, is a leading payments and cashless solution, enabling players to use a single digital payment method across all gaming channels, throughout the entire resort.

It is used in over 40 states across the sports betting, lottery, horse racing and online and brick-and-mortar casino markets.

The company’s mobile platform is used by over 100 partners and about five million of their patrons. Their suite of solutions gives consumers a secure way to bet online and in person and allows for casinos to offer cashless wagering and personalized loyalty options across their entire property.

Trustly

Trustly is a global leader in open banking payments, helping gaming operators streamline their payments processes.

Founded in 2008, the Swedish company says the system of open banking allows users and businesses to move money around instantly, of particular importance to the gambling space, while eliminating any potential for fraud.

Their flagship user-onboarding product, called Pay N Play by Trustly, combines deposit and user verification into one seamless flow.
