BetMGM Poker Now Live in Ontario

BetMGM Poker Canada is now live in Ontario, the company announced on Wednesday.

Ontario is the fourth province where BetMGM Poker is available and completes the overall operator experience in the province following the launch of BetMGM Sportsbook Canada and BetMGM Canada Casino on Monday.

“BetMGM Poker brings an agile, diverse, and player-centric platform to Canadian players. Through high-visibility partnerships, the brand will also connect players with world-class omnichannel experiences and poker legends, like brand ambassador Darren Elias,” Luke Staudenmaier, Director of Poker, BetMGM, said in a media release. “We look forward to building our community in Ontario, welcoming players to our tables, and providing safe, accessible, and entertaining options.”

BetMGM Poker features rotating poker variants, signature poker tournaments, cash games of all buy-in levels and player favorites such as Fast Forward and Grind Rewards. To commemorate the launch, BetMGM Poker is hosting daily Welcome Freeroll tournaments from April 6 through April 30.

Busy Week for BetMGM in Ontario

The BetMGM Poker launch follows its first international market launch of its BetMGM Sportsbook Canada and iGaming platforms in Ontario. It’s also the 23rd overall market for BetMGM.

"Today marks a significant milestone for BetMGM and a momentous occasion for sports fans and online players in Ontario," BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt said in a media release on Monday. "We're confident that customers in Canada will enjoy the unique, interactive and world-class experience that only BetMGM can provide."

BetMGM’s sportsbook allows players to customize pre-game, live in-play, futures and parlay bets.

The BetMGM Canada online casino app features numerous casino games including slot tournaments, roulette, blackjack and progressive jackpots.
