Love Island 2024: Samantha Drifts As Joey's Ex Grace Prepares For Villa Arrival
Everything appeared to be going well for Love Island pair Joey Essex and Samantha Kenny on Thursday night's episode.
They began theevening as the Top Man and Top Woman favourites respectively on betting sites, and even enjoyed their first date during which Samantha was left in hysterics at Joey's attempts to order drinks in Spanish.
However, one episode is a long time in Love Island, and it looks like Friday night's could be a potentially uncomfortable one for Samantha.

It comes after bosses teased the arrival of three new bombshells, Grace Jackson, Wil Anderson - who is the brother of Newcastle United footballer Elliot Anderson - and Tiffany Leighton.
But it turns out Grace is Joey's ex.
In a teaser clip at the end of Thursday night's episode, the bombshells were shown arriving in the villa, and Joey turned to fellow islander Sean Stone and said: "I used to see that girl, bro!"
Nicole Takes Over
The market on Love Island betting sites has reacted to the episode, and Samantha has drifted out to 7/2, from 5/2, to be this summer's Top Woman.
Joey's Top Man price has also lengthened with Bet365 to 7/4, from 6/4 in midweek.
An insider told MailOnline that Joey dated Grace for "six weeks", and we will no doubt find out more about their connection on Friday night's episode.
Love Island Top Female Odds
While Grace's introduction could have negative repercussions for Joey and Samantha's romance, it could be a positive for Welsh couple Ciaran Davies and Nicole Samuel.
Nicole and Samantha are now 7/2 co-favourites to be Top Woman, while Ciaran's price remains at 5/1 to be the last man standing.
Munveer And Patsy Go
The beginning of Thursday's episode was an emotional one for some islanders as Munveer Jabbal and Patsy Field were both dumped from the villa.
Munveer and Patsy were the top two favourites, at 4/6 and Evens on specials betting sites respectively, to go next, after they failed to find strong connections.
But later in the episode, the islanders were left shocked by another recoupling, as bosses looked to put an end to the love triangles between Ronnie Vint, Jess White and Harriett Blackmore, and another involving Mimii Ngulube, Ayo Odukoya and Uma Jammeh.
Love Island Top Male Odds
However, clearing up such confusion doesn't appear to have done the sixsome any favours.
Harriett coupled up with Ronnie, but following the move her price has rocketed to 12/1, from 8/1 a couple of days ago, to be Top Female.
Mimii (5/1), Jess (11/2), and Uma (9/1) have also drifted in the market, and while Ronnie eventually had his mind made up for him when previously deciding between Harriett and Jess, he is now 8/1 with Unibet to be Top Man, from 11/2 earlier this week.
Harriett Next To Go?
As well as hitting rock bottom of the Top Woman market, Harriett is now the favourite on betting apps to be dumped from the island next.
The Evens chance has leapfrogged Omar Nyame (11/8), while newcomers Wil and Tiffany are 2/1, and Uma is a 5/2 chance.
Love Island 2024: Who Will Be Dumped Next Odds
While three bombshells are due to enter on Friday night, there is still plenty of speculation that bosses could put another celebrity into the villa.
Dancer and model Abbie Quinnen is the 1/3 favourite to enter next, followed by another of Joey's exes, Amy Willerton (4/6).
What's more, producers could even spice things up further by putting in another TOWIE star, in the shape of Pete Wicks (Evens).
