What is The Apprentice?
The Apprentice is a business-themed reality game-show that has been broadcast on the BBC since 2007. The candidates on The Apprentice are tested weekly through business tasks, which they perform in groups. Two teams compete against each other in every episode, with their professional skills tested in an effort to avoid scrutiny in the boardroom.
Members of the wining team are rewarded with a prize each week and advance to the next stage of the process. The losing team, meanwhile, are faced with an extensive review of their performance in the boardroom, with one of the contestants getting fired.
The gruelling tasks put the contestants through their paces as they compete to make it to the end, where they win a cash investment towards their business plan if they emerge victorious.

Understanding The Apprentice Betting
When betting on The Apprentice, there are a couple of key things to consider. One thing to focus on is the contestants that stand out from the beginning. As the progress of the contestants is solely based on the decision of businessman Lord Alan Sugar and his two aides, it is also vitally important to focus on what they think of the contestants' performances.
Candidates that perform strongly and those who are willing to put themselves forward as performance managers tend to be favourites in Apprentice betting. You should take into consideration the contestant’s characteristics that could potentially make them the ideal winning apprentice.
Viewers will have their say on each contestant through social media too, so following relevant hashtags on Twitter is a great way to see how apprentices are performing in their weekly tasks. By keeping tabs on what the viewing public think, you can spot potential gaps to exploit in The Apprentice odds.
The Apprentice Betting Tips
It can be quite difficult to predict who will win in The Apprentice as there usually a number of strong contenders. To help you with your Apprentice betting, here are a couple of traits to look out for in the contestants.
Teamwork: Contestants who are able to work well with the other members of their team are strong apprentices in the competition. A team that can work productively together and achieve desired results will avoid the boardroom.
Leadership: Apprentices have to take on the role of team performance manager at least once during the competition. The responsibility of team leader can really set apart the strong candidates. Those who can delegate successfully and gain team members' respect are more likely to lead a winning team.
Boardroom Skills: A strong performance in the boardroom can save a contestant after a bad week at the office. Some apprentices get defensive over Lord Sugar’s comments, which can lead them to being fired.

The Apprentice Betting Strategy
As this is a business game-show, it is important that an informed business-style decision is made when betting on The Apprentice. Having a solid betting strategy is key to success when you run the rule over Apprentice winner odds. Firstly, you need to decide which type of strategy you are planning to use.
Apprentice betting odds are updated by new betting sites after each episode, so you could choose a long-shot bet, backing a contestant at the beginning of the show, or you could let the first few episodes play out before backing your selection.
The favourites at the start of the show can often be the strongest candidates at the end, but experience can also improve others. Understanding The Apprentice betting is simple as the apprentices considered to have the best chance of winning will be at the top of the bookmakers' Apprentice odds list.
They will be priced with the shortest odds - meaning the potential returns are less. Using the Apprentice betting tips above, you will be able to eliminate some of the contestants from the list of potential winners. Narrow down your selections until you have a candidate to back at value odds.
