Unibet delivers one of the more complete betting experiences I’ve had in recent years. The betting site interface is clean and straightforward, allowing me to jump between sports, racing, and live events without any fuss.

Market coverage is impressive — I’ve bet on AFL, soccer, NBA, tennis and even niche options like darts and snooker. There are hundreds of betting markets for major events, including plenty of player props and futures.

The app is solid on both iOS and Android. I found it easy to place bets and access features like same-game multis and Unibet TV — their live streaming platform. I regularly stream soccer and tennis matches through it, which is a major plus.

Unibet’s blog and stats centre give punters an edge with previews and data-driven insights. 

However, there are a few drawbacks. Customer support doesn’t operate 24/7, which delayed resolution for me once during a late-night issue. And while payout speeds are decent, there’s no instant withdrawal option like a cash card.

Unibet offers impressive coverage across all major cricket formats, from Test series to Big Bash and the IPL.

I regularly bet on BBL games and found around 50–60 pre-match markets, including runs, wickets, overs, and team props. That’s on par with leading cricket betting sites like bet365 and Ladbrokes.

The match centre includes live scores and ball-by-ball stats, which helps when researching form. 

I found the odds competitive — especially for top run scorer and over/under lines — though Betfair can occasionally edge them on international matches.

One standout was their Big Bash same-game multi offering. I combined top batsman, total sixes and result into a bet with no issues. However, niche leagues like county cricket sometimes lacked depth compared to major rivals.

Unibet Rugby Betting

Unibet’s rugby league offering ticks most boxes for NRL punters.

Markets go well beyond the basics — think first try scorer, winning margin, and player stat bets. In an NRL Round clash, I counted over 100 markets — about the same as you’d get on other leading rugby betting sites like PlayUp.

Odds were sharp. For one Broncos game, I compared line bets and Unibet had equal or better pricing than Ladbrokes and betr.

Same-game multis are available and easy to build — I used one to combine team result, try scorers and total points.

Rugby union gets decent support too, especially for international matches. Super Rugby coverage is solid, but lacks the market depth of league games.

Odds are generally fair. For a recent Collingwood match, their head-to-head odds were within one or two cents of bet365 and outperformed Betr on line markets. 

Same-game multis are easy to build and include player and team markets. I used one to back a goal scorer, total points and a team win - everything priced clearly and settled quickly.

One minor issue: team line-ups and player markets sometimes update slower than rivals. Otherwise, it’s a very usable AFL product with strong odds and deep markets.

Unibet Horse Racing Betting

Unibet is right up there with the best horse racing betting sites in Australia.

It covers all local thoroughbred, harness and greyhound races, plus key UK, Irish and US meets. I regularly bet midweek and found coverage even for country NSW and VIC tracks.

Markets include win/place, exotics (quinella, trifecta, exacta), and daily doubles. Best Tote is usually offered on metro meets. Odds are similar to Picklebet and better than Betr on several races I compared.

The interface is fast and well organised. Form guides are detailed, showing barrier, weight, track stats and speed maps.

I also appreciated the Racing Stats Centre, which offered helpful insights before betting.

Live streams are available for many local and international races. That’s a nice touch, though I wish greyhounds had deeper stat integration.

For market variety, Unibet ranks among the best. AFL games routinely have 200+ markets, while NRL sits around 100–150. I also found niche cricket matches (like domestic ODIs) with over 40 options, which beats Betr.

Where Unibet lags slightly is in some exotic or prop options — for example, bet365 occasionally has more obscure player stats markets. Still, most punters won’t feel limited. The inclusion of player markets, futures, and live lines across nearly every sport makes it very versatile.

Unibet also updates its markets promptly — I’ve seen same-day injury news reflected in odds faster than on other sites. While Betfair Exchange may edge Unibet for sharp odds, for fixed odds and breadth of markets, Unibet is top tier.

Overall, I rarely feel like I’m sacrificing value or variety using Unibet over its main Australian competitors.

Unibet Same-Game Multis

Unibet’s same-game multi feature is available for major sports including AFL, NRL, EPL, NBA, and international cricket. I tested it multiple times during footy season and found it smooth to use — no glitches, and the odds updated in real time.

The builder tool appears automatically when you select two or more eligible legs. For example, I created a three-leg AFL multi with a margin, disposal total, and goal scorer. It was easy to navigate, and the payout calculation updated instantly.

Compared to rivals, Unibet’s same-game multi tool is on par with bet365 and ahead of simpler setups on PlayUp or Palmerbet. The only drawback is availability — not all lower-tier matches or leagues offer the feature yet.

Unibet’s design is clean and function-first. The green and white interface isn’t flashy, but it’s effective. I found it easy to navigate between racing, sports and promos using the top and side menus.
