NetBet covers 35+ sports, running from football and horse racing through to niche markets like biathlon, floorball and Aussie Rules

Its sportsbook is built around a Bet AI Assistant, Bet Builder and a daily Wheel of Sportune prize draw.

New customers can claim four free bets spread across football, horse racing and tennis after a £10 qualifying bet from this bookmaker.

Here's what stood out during my testing of NetBet.

NetBet Pros & Cons

Pros

  • ✔️ Bet AI Assistant
  • ✔️ Bet Builder & Quick Bets
  • ✔️ First Past The Post
  • ✔️ Daily Wheel Of Sportune
  • ✔️ Flexible Partial Cash Out
  • ✔️ Free Pick 6 Predictor

Cons

  • ❌ No Best Odds Guaranteed
  • ❌ No Live Streaming
  • ❌ Negative App Reviews
  • ❌ Live Chat Not 24/7

Who Are They?

NetBet is owned and operated by NetBet Enterprises Ltd., registered in Malta.

This site is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) - licence no. 39170.

NetBet Sports Betting Bonus

New customers at NetBet can claim £20 in free bets when they deposit and bet £10.

NetBet Promo Code

No promo code is needed to claim this offer.

NetBet New Player Terms and Conditions

  • Deposit £10 or more in your new account
  • Place a minimum £10 bet at odds of Evens (2.0) or greater to qualify for the offer
  • The qualifying bet must be placed within seven days of registering
  • Cashed out qualifying bets do not count towards the offer
  • Once the qualifying bet settles, four £5 Free Bets are credited within 24 hours
  • These consist of a Football Bet Builder, a Football Acca, a Horse Racing Acca and a Tennis In-Play free bet
  • Free bets are valid for seven days
  • Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings and must be used in their entirety

Is the NetBet Betting Bonus Worth It?

Against the wider field of UK operators, this sits toward the modest end for headline value, though the £10 qualifying bet is straightforward to place.

Splitting the free bets reward across football, horse racing and tennis does give new players a reason to explore more than one market straight away.

Key Benefits:

✔️ Simple One-Bet Trigger - A single bet at odds of Evens (2.0) or greater unlocks the full reward, with no promo code needed

✔️ Multi-Sport Spread - The four free bets cover football, horse racing and tennis rather than one single market

✔️ Fast Crediting - Free bets land within 24 hours of the qualifying bet settling

Who is This Bonus Best For?

✔️ New bettors who want to sample more than one sport straight after signing up

✔️ Players who'd rather qualify with a single bet than commit to a larger deposit upfront

✔️ Football and horse racing fans who can make quick use of acca-style free bets

Regular Rewards

Having been among the offering of UK betting sites for awhile now, NetBet keeps existing players engaged with a small but varied set of ongoing promotions - these include:

  • Wheel of Sportune - Log in daily for a chance to win free bets, provided at least £5 of real money has been wagered in the previous four days
  • Pick 6 - A free-to-enter score prediction game where correct scores and outcomes earn leaderboard points, with free bet prizes of up to £100 for each round's top finisher
  • Bet Boosts - Selected markets carry boosted odds in the run-up to major fixtures
  • Horse Racing Extra Places - Extra each-way places are added to selected daily races

As of writing, NetBet has no VIP program for its sportsbook.

NetBet Payment & Withdrawal Options

With a solid spread of familiar payment options for punters in the UK, I found funding and withdrawing from my NetBet account easy to do.

Accepted methods include debit cards, Instant Bank Payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Trustly, Paysafecard and Payz.

The minimum deposit and withdrawal across all methods is £10, and deposits were processed instantly.

NetBet does not charge any withdrawal fees regardless of the amount, though your own bank or card provider may apply one.

Once a withdrawal request is submitted, NetBet typically completes its internal review within five hours, provided no extra documents are needed - with 48 hours as the operator's outer limit for this step.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

I discovered verification was required before I deposited, this was also the case with access to free-to-play games or placing a bet with money, using a free bet or a bonus.

Most accounts, like mine was, are checked automatically at registration for date of birth and address, and if this passes, no documents are needed.

When documents were requested, NetBet accepts a passport, driving licence, identity card or UK Citizen Card alongside a recent utility bill, bank statement or similar proof of address.

NetBet Site Features

NetBet's strength lies in the technology wrapped around a genuinely broad sportsbook, backed by a proper racing concession most rivals only offer in part.

Bet AI Assistant

A built-in AI tool helps players research match information, betting rules and odds before placing a wager.

This kind of assistant is still rare among UK sportsbooks, making it a real point of difference for newer bettors.

Lots Of Sports Markets

The sportsbook lists 35+ sports, running from football and horse racing through to niche options such as Formula 1, table tennis, baseball and sailing.

This breadth puts NetBet ahead of most mid-sized UK operators for sheer variety.

First Past The Post

Bets pay out on the horse that crosses the line first, even if it's later disqualified in the stewards' room, applying to all single and multiple bets on UK and Irish racing.

Flexible Partial Cash Out

Cash Out is available on singles and accumulators across most sports, including horse racing, and players can take a partial return while letting the rest of the bet run.

Bet Builder & Quick Bets

The Bet Builder tool combines multiple markets from a single match into one bet, with pre-made Quick Bets offering ready-multiplied odds based on statistical form for players short on time.

NetBet Mobile App

The NetBet mobile app is available on both iOS and Android devices.

  • App Store: 1.5★ (27+ reviews)
  • Google Play Store: 2.9★ (108+ reviews)

Ongoing comments in player feedback include app lag, inaccurate live match timers and frustration with withdrawal delays, with the developer responding to individual complaints directly.

Customer Support

Live chat is accessed via the Help Centre rather than the homepage, and runs from 9am to 11pm UK time rather than around the clock.

When testing it, the AI bot needed a few prompts before connecting to a human agent, who then answered within two minutes.

Email support is also available, with NetBet aiming to respond within 24 hours.

Responsible Gambling

NetBet offers deposit limits (net and gross), loss limits, bet limits, reality checks, session timers, time-outs from 24 hours to six weeks and self-exclusion from six months to five years.

NetBet may also run financial vulnerability checks based on publicly available records if account activity meets certain thresholds.

These are soft searches only, so they don't affect a customer's credit score.

Things to Note

A few points worth weighing up before signing up to NetBet.

No Best Odds Guaranteed

NetBet does not offer Best Odds Guaranteed on horse racing, unlike several rival UK sportsbooks.

No Live Streaming

NetBet does not offer live streaming on any sport, so in-play bettors will need a separate source to watch the action.

Negative App Reviews

It is impossible to ignore the large number of negative reviews both versions of their betting app has received.

Frequent complaints include reviews mentioning app lag, inaccurate live match times and withdrawal delays.

Limited Live Chat Hours

Live chat runs from 9am to 11pm UK time rather than 24 hours a day.

Is NetBet the Right Betting Site for Me?

NetBet makes its case through technology and racing concessions rather than size, headlined by a Bet AI Assistant that few UK sportsbooks currently offer alongside coverage of 35+ sports.

The welcome offer is modest but easy to unlock, turning a £10 stake into four £5 free bets spread across football, horse racing and tennis, while racing fans still benefit from First Past The Post as standard on UK and Irish meetings.

Existing players get a lighter touch of ongoing value through the Wheel of Sportune, the free-to-enter Pick 6 predictor game and regular bet boosts.

There are a few drawbacks worth pointing out too, including no Best Odds Guaranteed on horse racing, no live streaming for in-play bettors to watch alongside their wagers, negative app reviews and live chat that isn't available around the clock.

Overall, this remains a solid pick for bettors curious about AI-assisted betting tools and broad market coverage.

Honestly, wasn’t convinced at first but NetBet is actually very decent - found great odds for football and tennis. Loads of options for UFC too.

NetBet's the best fight bookie out there. UFC odds are on point - plenty of offers too. only thing i don't like is that I can't include UFC bets in the bet builder. would like to see this sorted. apart from that i'm very happy.
