NRL Round 7 Betting Tips Including Bulldogs Vs Rabbitohs

After landing two from three in our last column, The Panel are back with three fresh tips for Round 7 of the NRL season.

Canterbury Bulldogs are flying high, unbeaten in their first five matches and sitting at the top  of the ladder heading into the next round of games.

In stark contrast, reigning premiers Penrith Panthers are in freefall, suffering five consecutive defeats after their win in Las Vegas.

More huge games are on the horizon in week seven and we’ve picked out three selections, backed by the best odds from leading betting sites.

Bulldogs Vs Rabbitohs Betting: Dogs To Beat The Bunnies

Cameron Ciraldo couldn’t have wished for a better start to the season for his Canterbury Bulldogs side. Five games, five wins, and they’re cruising at the top of the table.

After enjoying a bye last week, the Bulldogs return to action against the South Sydney Rabbitohs, who are licking their wounds following a defeat to the North Queensland Cowboys.

Points have been easy to come by for the Bulldogs, who are averaging an impressive 24.8 points per game so far this term.

Even more impressive is their defensive record. They boast the tightest defence in the league, shipping just 58 points from their opening five matches.

With momentum on their side and a well-rested squad, Canterbury should extend their winning streak to six against the Rabbitohs.

Titans Vs Raiders Tips: Canberra To Capitalise

A 50–12 win over the Parramatta Eels in Round 6 has us firmly backing the Canberra Raiders as they gear up to face the Gold Coast Titans on Sunday.

Ricky Stuart’s men have now strung together successive victories following a rough patch against the Manly Sea Eagles and NQ Cowboys and they’re looking like genuine contenders for a top-eight finish.

The same can't be said for the Titans, who are coming off consecutive defeats to the Dolphins and St George Illawarra.

Des Hasler’s side have lost three of their last four at home and have struggled defensively, shipping 134 points in their last four on home soil.

If Canberra start strong and get into their groove early, they may satisfy those who backed them on betting apps.

Expect the Raiders to leave the Gold Coast with two valuable points and crank up the pressure on the teams above them.

Selection 2: Raiders To Beat Titans - 1.78 With Bet365

Tigers Vs Eels Prediction: Wests To Win

With just one win from their opening six games, the Parramatta Eels find themselves anchored to the bottom of the NRL ladder and staring down the barrel of a wooden spoon finish if things don’t change.

On the other hand, it’s been a mixed start to the season for Jarome Luai and the Wests Tigers, who sit at three wins and three losses.

Their gritty victory over the Newcastle Knights in Round 6 will have done wonders for team confidence as they return to Sydney to take on the Eels.

Benji Marshall’s side already dismantled the Eels 32–6 back in Round 2, and while Parramatta will be bolstered by the return of half-back Mitchell Moses, asking him to overturn a 26-point deficit in his first game back might be a stretch.

Moses’ inclusion will no doubt lift the Eels, but with the Tigers finding form and looking to cement their place in the top eight, we’re tipping them to edge a closely fought contest.

Selection 3: Tigers To Beat Eels - 1.75 With Bet365
