BetMGM Is Launching NHL-Branded Casino Games

NHL Partnership with Ontario Stronger

“The launch of these one-of-a-kind games further strengthens our relationship with the NHL,” said Oliver Bartlett, BetMGM’s Director of Gaming. “As the season approaches, we’re thrilled that our players will have the ability to ‘drop the puck’ with BetMGM.”

The games were developed in partnership with Evolution,  a Swedish company founded in 2006. In the games, players will find “three-dimensional renderings and animations that deliver an immersive experience.” 

Each game has a “go live” button, which will take you from the NHL-branded game to a live dealer version at BetMGM. The NHL logos are markings that are seen easily during the time you play. 

For Roulette, BetMGM states that it features “realistic ball movements and full, interactive results and statistics,” while NHL Blackjack players “are placed at a table inside an arena skybox with the ability to move virtually between seats.”

Baccarat is similar to them, too, and Dream Catcher is a game where players bet on the number the wheel will stop at.

With this expansion of the casino platform, BetMGM reiterates that responsible gaming remains a “key focus,” stating that BetMGM is “proud to provide resources to help customers play responsibly including GameSense, an industry-leading program, developed and licensed to MGM Resorts by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation.”
