Week 19 of the 2022 CFL season gets underway on Friday night again as October continues.

Let’s dive into this four-game weekend schedule to help with your CFL betting.

CFL Betting Advice: Going Against The Spread!

Week 18, for Canadian Sports Bettors, was a solid one. This weekend features two games on Friday and two more on Saturday. Can Edmonton cover at home? Can British Columbia finally beat Winnipeg? There are so many questions.

Here is our Againstthe Spread Table as Week 19 looms.

Let’s try to help those Ontario Sports Bettors profit while looking into this weekend’s games. Here is the CFL Week 19 Schedule.

This Week’s Schedule with Moneylines (All Times Eastern)

  • Montreal Alouettes 1.59 at Ottawa Redblacks 2.45, Friday, 7 p.m.
  • Hamilton Tiger-Cats 3.50 at Calgary Stampeders 1.33, Friday, 9:30 p.m.
  • Toronto Argonauts 1.43 at Edmonton Elks 2.92, Saturday, 7 p.m.
  • Winnipeg Blue Bombers 2.02 at British Columbia Lions 1.81, Saturday, 10 p.m.

Game of the Week

Winnipeg Blue Bombers 2.02 at British Columbia Lions 1.81

British Columbia had a chance to make a push last week but lost to Toronto which killed some of their momentum. Too many things went wrong, and they now find themselves tied with Calgary for second in the West.

The Lions realistically will not win the West. Winnipeg clinched after last week.

For Canadian Sports Bettors, British Columbia keeps finding ways to make things interesting in the West. The battle for that two-seed and home field begins now. There are several dilemmas for the Blue Bombers, however.

Canadian Sports Bettors may pause as British Columbia is just 2-4 ATS and straight-up since Nathan Rourke suffered his injury. The Lions had to find a decent enough quarterback to right the ship. However, B.C. is just not the same team. That makes this game even more challenging to gauge.

The Argonauts scored late last week to thwart the Lions. Again, Mike O’Shea and the Blue Bombers have little to play for and still have one more game after this.

British Columbia has been up one week and down the next. Here is one week where the Lions absolutely must raise their game. Arguably, any hopes of upending Winnipeg when it counts depends on this Week 19 tilt.

Bet British Columbia outright at 1.81 plus the spread at 1.83. The Lions should win by two or more points.

Crazy Bet of the Week

Montreal Alouettes 1.59 at Ottawa Redblacks 2.45

Bluntly, Winnipeg shut the door last week. The only good thing was that Winnipeg hit their Over, and the game Over

For Week 19, Ottawa is 0-7 at home, and Montreal is facing a must-win situation if they want to catch Toronto. Even then, the Alouettes still need help. Losing to Ottawa at home should be enough motivation alone.

Here is the crazy part. Montreal will not only win but win by at least seven points. The 7-12 point wager stands at 5.00. If one worries, hedge back to the 1-6 point bet at 4.50. Comically, Ottawa just cannot beat anyone at home. On the road, they are a different team.

Power Rankings

  1. Winnipeg Blue Bombers ↔
  2. Calgary Stampeders ↑
  3. British Columbia Lions ↓
  4. Toronto Argonauts ↔
  5. Montreal Alouettes ↔

These are some bonus wagers worth a look at for this week:
