The NHL Eastern Conference Final delivers Game 4 from Tampa Bay tonight as the Lightning entertains the New York Rangers.

We’ll look at the NHL betting advice for that game.

But first, a fast Western Conference Final recap.

Colorado Sweeps Away Edmonton To Make Stanley Cup Final

The Colorado Avalanche looked almost ready to go back home on Wednesday night to clinch the Western Conference Final. Then, a funny thing happened.

Down 4-2 early in the third period, the Avalanche had another three-goal rally in them. The comeback gave Colorado a 5-4 lead as the Avalanche's three best forwards scored a goal. However, Edmonton tied the game a few minutes later to force overtime.

The Edmonton Oilers got two goals from Zach Hyman, a goal and two assists from Connor McDavid, and four assists from Leon Draisaitl. Still, it was not enough.

Chances and possession were not nearly as lopsided as in Game 3. Colorado, at even strength, slightly outplayed Edmonton. The Avalanche and Oilers were close to even in high-danger chances, and possession was 50-50. Colorado had 3/4 of an expected goal.

With the Artturi Lehkonen overtime goal (after a review), the Avalanche advanced to their first Stanley Cup Final since 2001. The end came just 79 seconds into the extra session.

Canadian teams have not won the Stanley Cup since 1993, but Edmonton did come the closest this year. What is next for the Oilers? Stay tuned.

Tampa Bay Tries To Even Series Tonight

The Tampa Bay Lightning won Game 3 at home as this looks like a series. After three games, Tampa is now back at 2.25, which is still plus-money odds for Canadian bettors.

How will they respond after a game where the New York Rangers got soundly dominated at 5-on-5? New York struggled in the first three road games against Carolina before the nerves got to the Hurricanes in Game 7. Tampa is not Carolina.

If not Igor Shesterkin, the Rangers will likely get blown out of Amalie Arena in Game 3. For Tampa Bay, Andrei Vasilevskiy kept Tampa Bay in the game. New York did not make it 3-0. Tampa Bay came back, and now the Lightning can even the series tonight.

The Lightning will not have Brayden Point for Game 4 tonight. He is skating but is not ready to return to the lineup. Will he be back by Game 5 or 6? Stay tuned.

Tampa Bay has to stay out of the box and convert its opportunities. If they cannot, they will be in a position Tampa has not been for three years.

Some Quick Picks

As for some wagers, can the New York Rangers bounce back? Does giving Tampa Bay life prove damaging after losing a golden opportunity to put a vice grip on the series? Picks time is now.
