The NBA’s Toronto Raptors open their regular season at home Wednesday (Oct. 25) against the Minnesota Timberwolves (7:30 p.m. ET).

The moneyline at FanDuel Sportsbook is Timberwolves 1.86, Raptors 1.98.

At NorthStar Bets, it’s Timberwolves 1.93, Raptors 1.92.

Popular Prop Bets

Bettors looking for prop bets have good options in the Raptors-Wolves game.

According to PointsBet Canada, the most wagered Raptors prop bet tonight is small forward Scottie Barnes over 15.5 points (1.80), with point guard Dennis Schroder over 11.5 points (1.87) getting a lot of bets and Schroder over 5.5 assists (1.77) seeing heavy wagering.

At DraftKings Sportsbook, Barnes over 15.5 points (1.80) is also a most-bet Raptor player prop, along with Barnes points + assists + rebounds over 26.5 (1.80) and centre Jakob Poeltl assists over 2.5 (2.30).

The popularity of Barnes over 15.5 points is no surprise, since he’s coming off a strong training camp, has gained some muscle and the team under new coach Darko Rajakovic will be making him more of a focus on offence.

At BetRivers Sportsbook, the most popular Raptors player props by percentage of total game tickets are small forward O.G. Anunoby over 3.5 rebounds (1.56), power forward Pascal Siakam under 35.5 points + rebounds + assists (2.05), and Poeltl double-double (2.60).

Most wagered-on player props by percentage of total game handle includes Siakam under 35.5 points + rebounds + assists (2.05) and Schroder under 10.5 points (2.20).

Looking ahead, most sportsbooks aren’t giving Toronto much chance to win the Eastern Conference: BetMGM Sportsbook has the Raptors at 51.00 to win the conference (last week, the team was 36.00), behind the Boston Celtics (2.75), Milwaukee Bucks (2.75), Philadelphia 76ers (9.00), Cleveland Cavaliers (10.00), Miami Heat (14.00), New York Knicks (19.00), Atlanta Hawks (34.00) and Brooklyn Nets (41.00).
