Winmaker Casino launched in 2023 so is a relatively new online casino in Canada. It offers a clean layout, solid game variety, and crypto payments.

The live dealer section is a big strength. The site runs smooth and looks good. There are downsides, though. We found some areas that need work.

Winmaker Casino Review

Winmaker Casino Pros & Cons

Pros

  • ✔️ Over 300 Live Casino Tables
  • ✔️ Fast Payouts with Crypto and Interac
  • ✔️ Over 300 Live Casino Tables

Cons

  • ❌ 50x Wagering Requirement on Bonus
  • ❌ Missing Top Jackpot Slots

Who are They?

Winmaker Casino is owned by Red Gaming N.V. This group holds a Curaçao licence (no. OGL/2023/176/0095). Red Gaming is known for launching crypto-friendly brands.

The company is still new but growing and they are now focusing on Canada. Their focus is on fast service and live games.

Winmaker Casino Bonus

New players get a 100% match up to C$1,000 and 100 free spins for Book of Dead. It’s a good amount, but there’s a catch—the 50x wagering is steep.

Promo Code

No promo code is needed for the casino bonuses.  Just opt in when you make a deposit.

How It Works

  • Minimum deposit is C$20
  • 100% bonus up to C$1,000
  • 100 free spins on Book of Dead
  • Spins come in 20 per day for 5 days
  • Bonus valid 30 days, spins valid 7 days
  • Skrill and Neteller not eligible deposit options
  • Must opt in to receive bonus

Wagering Requirements

You must wager the bonus and free spin winnings 50x to withdraw, this is higher than the standard 35–40x. Slots count 100%, but live games and some other titles count less or not at all.

Is the Winmaker Bonus Worth It?

The offer looks big, but the 50x playthrough is tough. I think it's unrealistic for most players to clear it, in which case the bonus should really be looked at as an opportunity to test out the site and potentially a new game. Book of Dead is a great slot, but without better wagering, the bonus feels heavy. There are other high payout online casinos that offer more flexible terms, in particular with regards to the wagering requirements.

Key Benefits

✔️ Large bonus to play with - Up to C$1,000 in bonus funds

✔️ Test out a new game - 100 free spins on a top slot

✔️ Plenty of time to play - 30-day bonus window

Who is This Bonus Best For?

✔️ This suits high rollers and frequent slot players. It won’t suit casual users or anyone chasing quick wins. Players who want a no deposit bonus may need to look elsewhere.

Regular Rewards

Existing users get weekly deals, such as reloads, free spins, and cashback. There are leaderboard races and weekend extras too. There’s no VIP club, which is a letdown, but ongoing promos help make up for it.

Winmaker sends bonus offers by email if you stay active. Reload bonuses often match your deposit by 25% to 50% and these usually come with free spins.

Free spin offers are common, especially on Fridays. Cashback is sometimes available if you’ve had a losing week.

Loyalty isn’t rewarded through points or tiers which I've often found available at other online casinos in Canada. Winmaker offers mostly manual promotions. I'd like to see a formal VIP system in the future as right now, loyalty rewards feel inconsistent.

Payment & Withdrawal Options

Accepted payment options include Interac, Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, MiFinity, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether.

Withdrawals are fast. Interac and e-wallets pay out in 24 hours. Crypto is even quicker. The minimum withdrawal is C$20 and I couldn't find any hidden fees.

Most deposits are instant. Bank cards take 1-2 minutes. Crypto appears once confirmed on the blockchain.

E-wallets work without delays but limits vary by method. You can deposit up to C$5,000 in a single transaction. I don't think that daily limits are listed clearly so this is something they could improve on.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

Like all new casinos, Winmaker needs ID checks - before cashing out, you'll need to upload valid ID and proof of address.

You may also need to show your preferred payment method which is standard protocol and helps protect users. My test took under 48 hours to complete so I suggest doing this early.

They accept utility bills, bank statements, and government-issued ID. One tip to avoid delays is to be sure your images are clear when you upload them.

Support may request extra checks if you deposit large amounts - again, this helps prevent fraud and follows AML laws.

Game Variety

Winmaker has around 1,500 games. That’s a good start, though not the biggest. What’s here is well chosen and for me, the live casino is a highlight.

Top Slots Titles

There are about 1,100 online slots including hits like Sweet Bonanza and Fire Joker.

Providers include NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, and Play’n GO. Only 40 progressive slots are listed. No Mega Moolah is a huge miss.

You’ll find video slots, classic three-reel slots, and bonus buy games. The filtering system helps you find games by theme or provider, and new titles are added weekly.

Huge Live Casino

The live lobby is a strength. Over 300 tables are run by leading live casino providers, Evolution and Pragmatic Play. Choices include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and game shows. Table limits range widely, though the layout is smooth, and games load quickly.

Game shows like Crazy Time and Monopoly Live are included. Blackjack variants include Free Bet and Speed Blackjack. Baccarat has VIP tables with high limits.

Table Games

A mix of classic table games is offered - pretty much everything is covered, blackjack, poker and roulette are all here. Stakes can be adjusted, so players of all levels are covered.

Popular Mobile App

Winmaker doesn’t have a casino app which is slightly disappointing. But I accessed the site via mobile - both Android and iOS - and found it to be fast and easy to use.

Everything worked well, including payments and live chat. An app may be a little more convenient, but the mobile browser is a solid option.

Mobile games run smoothly in-browser, and the site adapts well to smaller screens. Navigation is easy, and you can launch live games without issues.

Customer Support

Live chat runs from 10am to midnight ET. Email support is 24/7. I received help in under three minutes. Agents were helpful, however I think 24/7 live chat would improve things in this regard. A searchable help section would also be a bonus.

Support is only in English and there’s no phone line. However, I tested chat twice and got useful answers each time. You can upload documents for KYC through chat too. I found agents to be polite and responsive.

Responsible Gambling

You can set limits on deposits, time, and session length. Time-outs and full self-exclusion are available too.  All of these tools were easy to find which is a great approach to responsible gambling.

Winmaker also uses behaviour tracking to spot risky patterns which is important for long-term play.

Reality checks remind players how long they’ve played. You can also close your account easily from the dashboard. Winmaker links to external support like GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Overall, it meets modern safety standards and I was pleased that Winmaker takes its role in responsible gambling seriously.

Things to Note

Here are a few key factors to consider before signing up to Winmaker:

High Wagering

Wagering is high on the welcome bonus, so I'd recommend using the welcome bonus as a time to test out the games and the platform in general.

Lack of Jackpot Slots

If you enjoy jackpot slots then this may not be the best casino site for you as there isn't a huge range. Though there is a decent selection of regular slots titles so for me, this makes up for the omission.

No Loyalty Points System

One of the biggest let downs for me is the lack of VIP program or loyalty scheme. I think it's good to reward returning players and a points based or tiered system seems to be a popular choice for many of the other leading casino sites.

Ontario Players

Winmaker doesn't yet hold the relevant licence to operate in Ontario so players within this province cannot legally access the site. Check out some of our other recommended Ontario casinos if you live in this province.

Overall, it's made a good start in the Canadian market - stand out positives for me are the speedy payment system and the fantastic live casino catalogue that's packed out with titles from the two big hitters, Pragmatic Play and Evolution.

Is Winmaker Casino the Right Choice for Me?

Winmaker is strong on live games and payment speed. It’s a good pick if you like clean design, crypto options, and a simple interface.

The welcome bonus is big but hard to unlock. Slot fans will enjoy the games, but jackpot hunters might feel let down. Overall, it’s a good option for steady players who want fast payouts and strong live dealer content.

If you want a no-fuss site with good design, this one works. You’ll miss big jackpots, but for regular play, it’s reliable. It’s not the flashiest site, but it runs well, pays quickly, and gets the basics right.
