Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 edition of the American Gambling Awards has been focused to a single honorary award to be presented online. The American Gambling Awards will return with a full program in 2021.
In light of the cancellation of the awards event which was due to be hosted in New Orleans, Gambling.com Group Plc (the “Group”) has made a donation to local chapter of the Second Harvest Food Bank to help support the City of New Orleans.
The Group will continue to investigate and deliver the latest news and updates affecting online gambling in the United States with a particular focus on the positive work being done by the industry supporters, policymakers, lawyers and regulators who play a vital role in developing the regulated online gambling market. The Group is grateful for the ongoing support of the American Gambling Awards community of judges and looks forward to gathering in-person to celebrate the great innovations and policy breakthroughs that are destined to come out of these difficult times in 2021.
