Gambling.com's Parent Company Changes Name To Grandstand

The company that owns Gambling.com has a new name.
As of today Gambling.com Group Limited is called Grandstand Limited, and from the market opening on Thursday, July 23 2026, its shares trade on the Nasdaq under a new ticker, GRSD, instead of GAMB.
Here Is The Part That Matters Most: Nothing Changes For You
Gambling.com is still Gambling.com. Same site, same team of experts, same job.
We are still the gambling comparison and reviews site that millions of people have trusted since 2006 to find the best deals, best odds, pick the right casino and gamble safely and more smartly across the globe.
If you are one of our daily readers, an existing member of our community, or a sports and casino player who comes here to work out where to play, none of that is affected.
The name of the parent company changed. The site you rely on did not.
So Why The New Name?
For years, Gambling.com Group was named after its flagship site, Gambling.com.
The group now boasts a much broader portfolio of brands building data, providing technology and delivering content used right across sports, gaming and entertainment.
Names you might know sit under the same roof: OddsJam, OpticOdds, RotoWire, Casinos.com, WhichBingo and the Las Vegas experiences platform Spotlight.Vegas.
The change to Grandstand cements the changing landscape of the portfolio and identity and lets Gambling.com be what it has always been, the trusted gambling comparison site, without being mistaken for anything else.
"Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment," said Kevin McCrystle, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder.
"The new name Grandstand brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio, while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap."
What Grandstand Actually Does
Grandstand works globally on several fronts helping people make informed decisions.
It runs consumer brands that reach millions of people, the site you are on Gambling.com, a leader in trusted casino and betting site comparison among them.
Alongside this, it provides real time data, at scale advertising, technology services and solutions to the wider gaming and entertainment industry in multiple jurisdictions.
With such a huge array of products, portals and expertise across the industry, formally setting it apart from its flagship brand Gambling.com and allowing for continued growth across the board marks an exciting time for all concerned.
Gambling.com Continues To Deliver Trusted Comparison
Our parent company is now called Grandstand, not Gambling.com Group.
Gambling.com is still here, still independent in what it recommends, and still built to point you toward safer, smarter gambling.
We have carried that trust since 2006, and we are keeping it.
