Casimba is a relatively new online casino to market and launched only in 2017. However, during its short lifespan, Casimba has steadily built a reputation for excellent game variety and high payouts.
Casimba is operated by White Hat Gaming - the brains behind sites like Prive Casino and Dream Vegas - and is licensed in both the UK and Malta.
With over 70 developers on-site, there's certainly something for everyone. But have Casimba spread themselves too thinly? We put this big-paying site through its paces.
📅 Online Since: | 2017 |
🎁 Welcome bonus | 200% up to €5000 + 50 Free Spins |
⚖️ Gambling Authority | MGA |
💻 Casino Software: | NetEnt, Play'n GO, Kalamba Games & More |
New Casimba customers can take advantage of a welcome bonus worth €1,100 in total. There are also 125 bonus spins up for grabs on selected NetEnt slots. The minimum deposit is €20 to claim the welcome offer and the play-through requirement is 35x on the deposit.
Bonus spins are restricted to Starburst for the first 50 games, then expanded to include Gonzo's Quest and Twin Spin for the 2nd set of 50 spins. However, winnings from bonus spins are capped at a relatively low €100.
Game eligibility for the bonus wagering requirement is disappointing. While 100% of slots play counts towards the deposit match, 0% of your table game or video poker play will count.
In our experience, even 10-20% on blackjack and roulette should be standard at a modern online casino. However, 100% of keno and scratchcards play will contribute towards your bonus cash total.
Other promotions: Offers change regularly at Casimba. Prize draws are a big attraction for players, including a safari trip to Africa where tickets can be bought for Casimba Points.
To earn 1 Casimba Point, you must deposit at least €10 and wager it twice. Casimba Points totals are reset at the end of each month, so it pays to build up as many as possible. You will, however, receive 500 free Loyalty Points after making a first deposit.
You earn different levels of points depending on the game. Slots and scratchcards are worth 2 points, video poker is worth 1 point, blackjack is 0.5 points and roulette is 0.25 points. Points are redeemed for cash in batches of €1,000, at a rate of €5 per 1,000 points.
A wide range of game providers is definitely Casimba's strong point. At our count, there were nearly 80 different developers brightening the lobby.
Major suppliers like NetEnt (122 games), Play'n GO (62 games), and Microgaming (91 games) are the standout. However, there are still lots of slots and games from smaller providers like Mutuel Play, Meta Games Universal, and Kalamba Games.
The 'Game Providers' tab is Casimba's big plus point. You can search games by developer and add any games to your list of personal favourites. As mentioned, however, games can't be tried for free first, and you will have to hit the site Ts & Cs to find out individual RTPs.
There are over 1,000 slots available a Casimba (700+ on the mobile platform) which offers a bewildering array of bonus action and classic play to players.
Virtually every large slot provider is represented, including Microgaming, NetEnt, Bally, and Play 'n GO. All games can be played for real money but there is a distinct lack of free-play action available.
Despite having hundreds of slots, Casimba offers a fairly limited range of progressive games. We would have liked to have seen a dedicated 'Jackpot games' tab in the lobby for easy access to big money slots. Navigating to games like Mega Moolah, for example, has to be done via the search function or A-Z list.
Even if you aren't impressed by the range of slots at Casimba, you'll love the table game selection.
Casimba has nearly 30 blackjack variants, far more than most other online casinos. Variants come from developers of the calibre of NetEnt, Microgaming, and 1X2 Gaming.
Games like NetEnt's Blackjack Classic and Microgaming's Atlantic City Blackjack Gold Series are familiar at most online casinos. But there is still room for interesting variations like Blackjack Suit'em Up from Felt. This interesting variant has special side bets payouts worth 2-1 to 50-1 for hitting suited pairs.
There are 16 roulette variants at Casimba. You can play familiar variants like NetEnt's American Roulette, Microgaming's European Roulette Gold Series, and slick live roulette from Evolution Gaming.
Look out too for high stakes varieties like Relax Gaming's Roulette Nouveau. This simple online roulette variant has a top chip value worth €1,000 and a max bet of €5,000.
For a casino with such a variety of developers, Casimba's range of alternative games is pretty limited. There are just seven video poker games, but Three Card Poker can be played against the computer or a live dealer.
The Scratch & Fun tab contains around half a dozen virtual games and scratchcards. NYX have the best games like Irish Eyes Scratch and Snake Charmer Scratch which have stakes from €0.25 to €250.
Casimba Casino’s live dealer offering is mainly supplied by Evolution Gaming and NetEnt. There are more than 20 different games on offer, with roulette, blackjack, baccarat, casino poker and game shows all catered to.
Some of the standout games include Lightning Roulette, Live Ultimate Texas Hold’em, and Monopoly. All of the games run seamlessly thanks to the HD-quality live streams. There is also a good range of betting limits, suiting small stakes players and high rollers alike.
Casimba has a clean and well-functioning desktop client. You can access all games through a web browser after logging on, and there is no need to download software. Games are divided into type (table games, live dealer, blackjack, slots, etc) and you can also search by game name or provider. With so many developers on the site, this is a vital search option.
There is also an option to try a random game. Hit the random game button and Casimba will pick a game for you to play. Annoyingly, most games are available for real money play only. We would have liked to have seen free-play versions of all games. That said, the desktop lobby is easy to navigate and quick to use.
As a Casimba member, you will also be set up with a personal Casimba inbox. In the inbox you will be sent new and exclusive promotions and offers. We found it to be a little intrusive, however, and there is an option to opt out of any marketing.
Our team felt that the Casimba mobile platform actually worked better than the desktop one. The instant-play mobile site needs no download, and we found a recent Android device or iOS smartphone were equally as reliable. Make sure you have an up-to-date Google Chrome or Safari running on your device to access the mobile games.
Best of all, the games lobby features cool animated previews of each slot and table game. This gives you the chance to view the gameplay and mechanics before you load up a game.
While the game variety on mobile isn't quite as big as the desktop version, there is still a huge selection. For example, there are 42 Blueprint games on mobile compared to 48 on the desktop version, and 11 mobile Bally games compared to 12 on desktop.

You have a limited range of deposit and withdrawal methods at Casimba. The minimum deposit amount is €20 for all methods. Euro deposits can also be made via SEPA bank transfer. Curiously, there are few restrictions on maximum deposits, other than Boku which carries a €40 max load-up.
Casimba operates a 'source to source' method for withdrawals. You will only be able to withdraw to the last method you used to deposit with. MasterCard isn't available at all for cash-outs.
There is a mandatory 1-2 day pending period for all withdrawals, and virtually all withdrawals take a total of 2-5 business days to reach your account.
There are more than a thousand different video slots for you to check out at Casimba Casino. Dozens of different developers, such as NetEnt, Microgaming, and 1x2 Gaming offer titles currently on the platform. Some of the current fan favorites on offer include Barbarian Fury, 5 Families, and Stamp Wild.
Like all good casinos, Casimba offers a wide range of betting limits on most games. All slots can be played from just €0.01 a spin.
Table games at Casimba tend to have larger max betting limits. Auto-Roulette has the widest range at €0.10-€10,000 a spin. You can play live blackjack from €5-€5,000 a hand.
Casimba has a regular and lively 'Latest Winners' ticker running on its homepage. Here you can see the list of recent big winners. While there are plenty of small wins in the three and four figures, the site has been known to pay out some big jackpots.
One lucky player won €69,000 on NetEnt's Divine Fortune slot in 2019, but overall Casimba regularly has paid out over €12m in slot jackpots during the casino's lifetime.
Every casino has verified and audited RTPs (Return to Player percentages). The RTP is the theoretical long-term payout made to players by a casino.
A major plus at Casimba is the full and frank list of RTPs for every single game at the casino. Top slots like Starburst, Aloha Cluster Pays, and Break da Bank Again pay out from 95-97.13%.
Regular slots rarely pay out lower than 92%, and the average for video slots is in the 95-96% region. Jackpot slots can pay as high as 97.17% (Apollo - God of Sun) and as low as 91.62% (Cash Splash 5-reel).
The average RTP of 97.2% puts Casimba above many of its rivals in our opinion. If you want a casino with lots of regular payouts, this is certainly a site for you.
Signing up for a new account is a breeze at Casimba. The casino's 'three simple steps' require a name, sex, birth date, and country of residence to get started. You'll also need to supply a valid email address, phone number and home address.
At this stage you will also need to come up with a unique username, password and favoured currency (GBP, CAD, EUR, NOK, NZD or SEK).
Reputable casino operators require ID verification to ensure you are of legal age and avoid fraud. We would be worried if Casimba didn't adhere to those procedures and luckily they comply fully.
Although you can try games out for free first at Casimba, you will need to supply photo ID before making a first deposit and playing for real money.
Proof of identity includes a copy of your passport or national ID card, plus a proof of address like a recent utility bill or bank statement. We were also asked to provide proof of SOF (Source of Funds) by sending a recent wage slip.
We found this process to be smooth and there weren't many delays from the time we emailed our documents to having our account approved. Expect a 1-2 wait for your account to be verified.
Casimba has a good range of friendly support options for players on desktop and mobile. We found the 24-hour live chat to be the quickest and most helpful option. Their email support is also good, but Casimba is lacking both a phone support line and FAQ section.
There are four tiers in the Casimba VIP loyalty program. You will have to register and apply for VIP membership, and access isn't automatically granted at Casimba. Reach the Elite level and you will get access to a personal VIP manager.
Of course, not everyone will reach elite level, but the Casimba VIP program is worth checking out. From tailored promotions to event invites with massive prizes, it could be well worth your while.
Casimba operates a responsible gambling policy across its site which shows it cares about its customers. Player protection tools are offered which range from deposit limits to game time reminders and self-exclusion.
You can amend your deposit limits on a 24-hour rolling window or go for weekly or montly periods. Game time reminders let you keep track of how long you have been logged on and playing for.
You can also request time-out from the Casimba website for 24 hours to 6 weeks. You will find the options via the complete Responsible Gaming section in your account. Casimba also provides a comprehensive list of contacts for problem gambling charities.
For game variety alone, Casimba is hard to beat. It has a huge range of slots and games available to suit all wallets, but the number of progressives could certainly improve.
Slots players are favoured, particularly in the bonus play-through requirements. But if you are a solid slots fan there is little to complain about. Find the best sites for online slots to keep enjoying!
Whether you are a small stakes video slots player or a big-money roulette fan, sign up to Casimba and tame the lion today.
