The ranking, which draws on Tripadvisor ratings and review volumes gathered in June 2026, maps the US gambling landscape beyond the Las Vegas Strip, identifying the casinos generating the most positive visitor sentiment from East Coast boardwalks to Pacific Coast tribal resorts.
Five regions were assessed; Northeast, South, Midwest, Mountain West and West Coast, with the top five casinos per region identified by traveller rating, using review volume as a tiebreaker.
Northeast - Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey
Atlantic City continues to punch well above its weight, with Borgata and The Quarter at Tropicana leading a competitive Northeast field.
