BetMGM Paid Out More Than $120m In Progressive Jackpots In 2025
BetMGM has posted a report boasting more than $120m in progressive jackpots paid out across 2025 – an impressive total that included winnings from popular slots like Rakin’ Bacon as well as branded casino games, including the Price is Right game show title.
The progressive jackpot figure is strikingly similar to 2024, when $128m was handed out.
However, while 2024’s figures were bolstered by $6.5m and $4m wins, last year’s results included more “smaller” prizes between $600,000 and $1.2m.
BetMGM 2025 Jackpot Wins
The biggest jackpot was a $1.6m CAD ($1.17m USD) win on MGM Grand Millions, won by a lucky player in Ontario, but Michigan players had the greatest luck, overall - more than $42m of the jackpot total was handed out to players in the Great Lakes State.
BetMGM launched in 2018, combining MBM Resorts and Entain, to create a serious iGaming presence.
Following its US launch, BetMGM expanded into Ontario in 2022 and the UK in 2023, but its core business remains the North American market, where it offers sports betting and online casino games to millions of players.
In the US, players can access more than 5,400 titles. The majority of those titles are online slots, including a growing number of branded games.

MGM Grand Millions Leading The Pack
One such title, MGM Grand Millions, has led the way in jackpot wins.
The game paid out an impressive $1.2m USD-equivalent prize to one Ontarian, who, remarkably, went on to win a further $400,000 jackpot less than a week later, on the same game.
MGM Grand Millions also saw three other notable jackpots of over $600,000 in 2025. MGM Grand Millions has proven popular with the site’s players, offering five levels of progressive jackpot.
Played on a 5x3 grid, the game offers all-ways wins, meaning no strict win lines. It offers 243 ways to win in the base game, expanding to 1,024 ways in the bonus round.

Michigan player Steven Hooker not only landed more than $600,000 playing MGM Grand Millions, but he was also rewarded with tickets to see AC/DC at Allegiant Stadium as part of a VIP Rockstar package.
He also enjoyed dinner at Jean Georges Steakhouse and a racing experience at Speed Vegas.
2026 has started much the same way 2025 ended, too – with a Michigan player winning a big progressive jackpot. This time, the bettor took home a $600,000 win from a $2 bet on the MegaJackpots Cash Eruption slot.
