eConnect Debuts eConnect 11 Casino Platform At G2E
eConnect is unveiling eConnect 11 at G2E 2026 in Las Vegas on September 30, describing it as a ground-up redesign of its casino surveillance, ratings and data platform rather than an incremental update.
According to the company, eConnect 11 consolidates its previously separate modules into a single client covering both desktop and browser use, built around one navigator interface.
The new version adds an AI assistant layer the company says lets casino staff query operational data directly rather than building reports manually, extending the platform's existing facial recognition, point-of-sale, license-plate recognition and watchlist integrations under what eConnect calls a shared identity layer.
The redesign builds on eConnect's existing RatingsConnect product, which the company positions as tracking "uncarded" player activity - gameplay from guests without a loyalty card — alongside standard carded play, a gap operators have flagged as a blind spot in traditional player-tracking systems.
