Games Valley Names Jorge L Morales as First Director of Americas

Content aggregator Games Valley has appointed Jorge L Morales as its first director of Americas, the company said in a statement on August 26, 2026. Morales, who joins from Aristocrat Interactive, will lead the company's commercial activities across the Americas from a US base.

Games Valley said Morales' role covers expanding operator partnerships, strengthening customer relationships and accelerating the company's regional growth across the Americas. He joins from Aristocrat Interactive, where he served as commercial director, and previously held senior commercial positions at Pariplay, Continent 8, Playtech and Microgaming, giving him more than two decades of experience working with operators and suppliers across regulated markets.

Games Valley chief executive officer Ariel Reem said: "Jorge brings an exceptional combination of industry experience, commercial expertise and a deep understanding of what operators need from their technology and content partners." He added that Morales' track record "speaks for itself" and that the appointment "will be instrumental" as the company expands its footprint across the Americas.

Morales said: "Games Valley has built a highly compelling proposition by combining premium content with the technology, transparency and hands-on support operators need to grow. I am excited to join the company at such an important stage of its development and look forward to helping accelerate its commercial expansion across the Americas."

Part of a Wider Hiring Push

Games Valley said the appointment is the latest in a series of leadership hires as it builds out its "Smarter Aggregation" strategy. Over recent months the company has also brought in Robert Dowling as chief revenue officer and Tereza Melicharkova as marketing director, alongside commercial, financial and marketing additions to its team.

The company positions itself as a content aggregator that combines slot and casino titles from multiple studios into a single integration for operators, competing for shelf space against rival aggregation platforms as more US states and Canadian provinces regulate online casino products.

A dedicated Americas hire signals Games Valley expects near-term commercial activity in regulated US states and Canadian provinces such as Ontario and newly launched Alberta, where content suppliers are competing to get their catalogues in front of licensed operators. Games Valley has not yet named specific US or Canadian operator partnerships tied to the hire.
