IGT Appoints Adam Chibib As Chief Financial Officer

IGT has appointed Adam Chibib as its next Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
Chibib succeeds Fabio Celadon, who steps down as CFO on October 31 and will stay on as an advisor through the end of the year to support the handover.
The move is part of a wider financial and operational transformation IGT has been carrying out across its online casino and gaming hardware businesses.
Who Is Adam Chibib?
Chibib brings more than three decades of financial and operating experience across public companies, private-equity-backed businesses and high-growth technology firms, including six successful company exits, according to IGT's announcement.
He was most recently the CFO of Raptor Technologies, which was acquired by Warburg Pincus in January 2026 after a turnaround under the ownership of Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity.
His gaming background includes a stint as President and CFO of Multimedia Games, where he is credited with doubling revenue and tripling profitability, and growing the company's market capitalisation from roughly $47 million to more than $1 billion before its $1.2 billion acquisition.
He also chaired the board and audit committee of playAGS through its 2025 acquisition, and held finance roles at Self Financial and NetSpend.
Why The Change Matters
"Adam brings the public company, private equity and gaming experience we need for this stage of IGT's transformation," said Hector Fernandez, Chief Executive Officer of IGT, in the company's release.
"His financial discipline and operating mindset will be important as we sharpen execution and strengthen cash flow creation."
Chibib said he was looking forward to working with IGT's leadership team "to strengthen financial and operating discipline, align capital with our highest priorities and build a durable foundation for growth."
As CFO, he will lead IGT's global finance organisation across its Gaming, Digital and FinTech divisions, with a mandate centred on operating discipline, portfolio performance and cash flow creation.
Celadon has been with IGT and its predecessor companies for more than two decades, having first become CFO of Lottomatica S.p.A. in 2002.
Fernandez thanked him for helping guide the company through periods of significant change.

What IGT Does
IGT was formed through the combination of International Game Technology PLC's Gaming & Digital business and Everi Holdings, spanning gaming machines, game content and systems, iGaming, sports betting, cash access, loyalty and player engagement tools for online casinos, digital and hospitality operators worldwide.
The combined company is organised into Gaming, Digital and FinTech business units and is headquartered in Las Vegas, according to IGT's own release.
Chibib's arrival comes at a moment when IGT has been under pressure to show that its transformation plan is translating into results, following its formation through the combination of International Game Technology PLC's Gaming & Digital business and Everi Holdings.
Fernandez's comments frame the CFO change as one part of that broader effort to sharpen execution across the company's Gaming, Digital and FinTech units, rather than a standalone move.
