Kendoo Enters Belgian Regulated Market With Starcasino Partnership

Slot developer Kendoo has gone live on Starcasino.be, marking its first distribution agreement in Belgium, one of Europe's most tightly regulated online casino markets.
Kendoo announced on October 13, 2026, that its slot portfolio is now available to players on Starcasino.be, the digital arm of Starcasino Group.
The studio's games are built around Hold and Win respins, multi-pot formats and jackpot-integrated mechanics.
Capped Licensing Regime
Belgium restricts online casino access to operators that already hold a land-based A licence, and only nine such licences exist, all of which are already allocated.
That structure caps the number of operators able to distribute content in the market, making each new supplier agreement commercially significant.
Starcasino.be operates under an A+ licence from the Belgian Gaming Commission and is part of Starcasino Group, which also runs brands in the Netherlands and Spain.
Founded in 1991, the group combines more than ten physical venues with a predominantly digital player base, and, under Belgian law, play on the platform is restricted to players aged 21 and over.
Executives On The Deal
Olga Mugliett, Commercial Director at Kendoo, said the Belgian market rewards quality and reliability, adding that the studio is pleased to bring its portfolio to Starcasino's players.
S. Maene, Director at Starcasino, said Kendoo's games build around mechanics Belgian players already know, such as Hold and Win and jackpot pots, and that the operator looks forward to adding more titles as the relationship develops.
Kendoo's Wider Expansion
Founded in 2024 and headquartered on the Isle of Man, Kendoo had built distribution agreements with more than 50 operators across 25 markets by early 2026, with further regulated-market expansion planned for the rest of the year.
Its current footprint spans CIS markets, sweepstakes operators, Ukraine and Canada, alongside a growing push into licensed European jurisdictions.
The studio's titles are independently certified by Gaming Associates, a step suppliers typically need before a licensed operator like Starcasino will carry their content.
The Starcasino deal gives Kendoo its first toehold in Belgium specifically, rather than simply adding another unregulated market to its distribution list, and signals the kind of compliance-first approach regulators in capped markets tend to favour when approving new content partners.
