Optimove Gives Startup iGaming Operators Enterprise CRM Access At Launch

Optimove says more than 60 startup casino and sports betting operators worldwide have signed up to its Ignite+ programme since it launched in January 2025, giving early-stage online casinos access to enterprise-grade CRM marketing tools that would normally be reserved for established brands with far larger budgets.

The CRM specialist announced the milestone on 29 September 2026, framing Ignite+ as a lower-barrier route into its wider Positionless Marketing platform for pre-launch and early-stage operators. 

The programme is built around two principles, according to the company: giving operators time to value from day one, and structuring costs as a commercial ramp that tracks a startup's actual cash flow rather than assuming an enterprise-level budget from the outset.

What The Programme Includes

Under Ignite+, operators receive Optimove's OptiStart predictive analytics, professional services and a dedicated CRM expert immediately, capabilities the company says would typically take months to access on a standard enterprise contract. 

The package also includes preferential first-year commercial terms, with platform and implementation costs structured to rise in step with an operator's growth, pre-built player journeys covering welcome, reactivation and balance-reminder campaigns, and benchmarking data drawn from Optimove's work with more than 1,200 casino and sports betting brands.

"The first piece was time to value. We give operators OptiStart and professional services out of the gate, which are the more sophisticated and more valuable pieces that an operator at that stage could not otherwise afford, so they get the benefit early and close the gap. The second thing we built was a ramp, because cash flow is the problem for an early-stage business, and we wanted to build alongside that," said Motti Colman, Senior Vice President of Revenue, Gaming at Optimove.

Fast Onboarding, Real Results

Optimove cites one unnamed startup that had a 50,000-player dataset live on the platform within two days, built its first seven email campaigns in a seven-day sprint, and completed full technical setup within 20 days. 

Herd Gaming, an Ignite+ client that launched in July 2025 with a two-person marketing team and no dedicated data specialist, now runs an average of 250 campaigns per month using the same real-time triggered campaign tools as far larger competitors.

"We're running the same kind of CRM programme as operators with ten times our headcount. Real-time data, automated flows, reporting, we act on the same day. The difference is that there are two of us, and Optimove covers the rest," said Sofia Lehtonen, CRM Manager at Herd Gaming. 

Optimove also accepts cryptocurrency payments across Ignite+, a feature the company says reflects how many newer operators already handle payments elsewhere in their business. 

The company adds that half of the operators named on EGR's "Ones to Watch" list of startup brands are already Ignite+ clients, and that the programme's customer-data architecture is built to serve an operator's first hundred players and its hundred-thousandth without requiring a platform migration in between, a design choice aimed at brands wary of outgrowing an early technology choice as they scale.
