Sunbet Italia Adopts Fast Track CRM For Engagement
Sunbet Italia, the ADM-licensed Italian betting and gaming operator, has adopted Fast Track CRM to run its player engagement from one platform. The deal was announced on October 20, 2026.
The operator says its previous tools handled sports betting, casino, poker and bingo separately. That made it harder to see how an individual player behaved across products. Fast Track now brings that data together, and the CRM team can work with the platform's AI tools in Italian.
What Sunbet Italia Is Changing
Sunbet Italia is operated by Betpremium S.r.l. and belongs to Gruppo Sun Bet. Its online offer covers sports betting, casino, live casino, poker, bingo, virtual games and horse racing. It sits alongside the group's network of physical betting shops in Italy.
The operator's CRM director said players move between products, from sports betting to casino and from poker to bingo, while the old tools kept those activities apart.
A single platform now lets the team manage the information together, which the director expects to make CRM activity more effective.
How Singularity And Fast Track AI Work
Sunbet gains access to Fast Track's Singularity model. Instead of relying only on user segments, the model adapts communications to the behaviour of each individual player, using data updated in real time.
Fast Track AI sits on top of the platform. The team can give it requests in natural language, including in Italian. According to the announcement, AI agents can support whole CRM processes: analysing data, identifying player segments, configuring campaigns and sending them through different channels.
Sunbet staff keep control and can check, approve and monitor each action under their own internal procedures.
Fast Track describes the product on its own site as a CRM and engagement platform where AI handles end-to-end tasks under the operator's supervision.
Why The Italian Market Matters For CRM
Fast Track co-founder and chief executive Simon Lidzén called Italy one of the most highly regulated markets in the industry. He said Sunbet has built a broad, diversified offer there and that Fast Track supplies the technology for lasting growth: real-time data, one-to-one personalisation and AI.
The announcement also stresses that Sunbet will communicate with players within the current rules and the principles of responsible gambling.
That matters in Italy, where operators work under tight limits on how they can promote products to players. A unified view of each customer gives a CRM team more control over who receives which message and when.
What To Watch
No contract length, commercial terms or go-live date were disclosed. Fast Track's own LinkedIn account published a Sunbet CRM case study in August 2026, so the two companies appear to have been working together before this announcement.
