Wynn Al Marjan Island Unveils 98-Berth Wynn Marina Ahead Of 2027 Opening

Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled its vision for Wynn Marina, a 98-berth superyacht harbour designed as a direct waterfront gateway into its under-construction resort in Ras Al Khaimah, the company announced on October 5, 2026.
The marina is designed to accommodate more yachts and larger vessels than any other hotel-attached marina in the UAE.
A Waterfront Gateway Built Into The Resort
According to Wynn's own newsroom release, the marina will accommodate super and megayachts of up to 85 metres in length, with operations overseen by Fort Lauderdale-based IGY Marinas.
"Wynn Marina has been conceived as a direct extension of Wynn Al Marjan Island," said Max Tappeiner, president of Wynn Al Marjan Island.
"Guests will move effortlessly between life on the water and experiences throughout the resort, from dining and entertainment to accommodations and waterfront amenities. It is not simply a place to berth a yacht, but an integral part of the destination."
At the centre of the marina, a landmark Capitainerie building will serve as the arrival point and operational hub for visiting yachts, combining marina operations, guest services, concierge support and captain services.
Guests will be able to check in onboard and access the resort's accommodations, dining, entertainment, wellness and retail directly from the water.

The UAE's First Licensed Casino Resort
Wynn Al Marjan Island is being built as the first integrated resort with a licensed casino in the UAE, under the oversight of the UAE's General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority.
The marina is positioned around Wynn Al Marjan Island's Marina and Ocean Estates, which the company says will create a connected waterfront district alongside the resort's gaming, hospitality and entertainment offering as it heads toward opening.
Why The Marina Matters For The Region's Gaming Market
The marina is one of the clearest signals yet that Wynn is positioning Ras Al Khaimah as a destination for international high-value visitors arriving by sea as well as by air, ahead of the broader resort's opening.
For an online casino and resort gaming market still forming in the Gulf region, the project sits alongside a small number of other proposed casino developments in the Middle East as an early test of demand.
Further casino industry news on the resort's progress will follow as construction continues.
